Shoshanna doesn't have to interact with fans at all.. But she does and I appreciate it.. She isn't "screwing" with anyone here in this convo..

She can only give out the information that is allowed to be given out at any one time.. She was responding to fans tweets, not acting in an official capacity ie giving out new information..

This was a casual, fun convo, nothing more, nothing less.

I agree with 11:04. She is passive aggressive with the fans and often doesn't really answer any questions. Why tweet something and then delete it? Why does she even interact with the fans? That's not part of her job.

@11:04 & 12:23 - friendly question - Why don't you guys tell us what you think her job is? Can you explain it to me so that I can then better understand your perspective?

IMO she is doing her job in a similar fashion to her counterparts in this modern world

1:15 PM, I'd be happy to share with you what I think Shosh's job is. Contrary to 1:56 PM's opinion I am not a troll and don't hang around all day making comments.

I think a publicists job is to work with the media to generate interest in the client. To do press releases, get interviews with various media outlets etc. They may also handle damage control with the media if the clientgets into some kind of trouble. The publicist is to maintain the client's visibility in the media in general and then to help promo something like a new book, movie or music.

I am not aware of any publicists who interact with fans. If you have an example of other publicists doing that, please do share that info.

It must be a pain being bombarded with tweets from fans when it's probably not part of her job description. I think fans are lucky to hear from her at all but Adam has some very entitled fans.

I also agree with @8:49. I think she is really nice to respond at all. I love hearing from her in any capacity. It makes me feel that I am not in a GhostTown when it comes to Adam.

No one else from his camp communicates to us on a steady basis, so I am very thankful for any thing she tweets to us; even crumbs, I'll take them.

Hope she is not chased away by ungrateful fans!!

Keep complaints to yourselves. Just don't read her interaction with fans if it bothers you so much!!
