Darn, I've never been home when Adam decides on having a Twitter Party! It's great though to be able to read all the Q & A's though!

Well all right then; I guess that answers that question! Makes perfect sense to me!

All those predictions about Adam afraid to let friends down, etc., proves invalid. This is Adam's career he is talking about. He is a loyal friend, but he is also a business man when it comes to his livelihood; his decision is good business!!

So proud of him, he is such a mature intelligent human being! Looking forward to this exciting era, and all the great changes and new adventures that lie ahead with and for him!!

Aww. This is the moment I hate time zone difference the most. Woke up grab my phone and knowing that I missed the twitter party (once again!) just makes me feel sad :(

has he erased his friendship with TJR??? sad if that is true. I don't see how anyone can walk away so easily. TJR probably feels some betrayal. I thought they would be on stage together for this ERA.

I think Adam did the right thing by changing the band because if he does tour, it will be fairer to the audience as everything will be brand new. Also, Adam never really had a fixed band to start with, being a solo artist.

@6:43 PM
Isn't Tommy a grown man??? It's not like kindergarten with children playing in the sandbox! Tommy has been working with another band. Adam probably had this discussion long ago with all of the former band members. They probably have all moved on. I don't think they would waste their talents sitting around waiting for Adam; that would be ridiculous!

Pretty sure by now he should be able to take care of himself and not hang on to another person for his life line! Not like he is a member of Adam's immediate family, He worked for Adam. He is probably still a friend, sounded like it in the public tweet to each other a couple of weeks ago!

Remember Adam is a SOLO ARTIST, as he said, he changes band members as each album happens and change are needed! Pretty sure there is no betrayal felt; probably only in your overinvested way of thinking about Tommy!

I think Adam should do his Original High world tour; he's pretty well-known worldwide and he can cover more venues from east to west, north to south...all directions covered. lwl!

No one should ever be so needy or insecure where they can't move on and broaden their own horizons!

Sounds like a great, great idea; I would be so there!!

Agreed about tour of TOH. He could start with small venues; to test the waters and see how much interest is generated; and a promoter can take it higher from there if enough interested is generated for larger venues! He could probably much kill it in the UK an Brian could be invited to do Lucy with him! Oh well, a person can dream; but, many dreams do come true!

Hi Belle.....My hope too! to attend his concert but I do have some health constraints. Yes, you must go indeed! My guess is Adam will have this tour; he did it with much less backing, the last two tours and they both turned out marvelous. This time round, he's not so much on his own, with quite a lot of big players on his side; like the 3-way...Warner Brothers, Sony, Singtel...a force to reckon with in worldwide media business and Warner being his label.

anon 7:44 overinvested? I don't think so. I made a statement. You got overinvested and took it the wrong way. Tommy seemed close with Adam. I would think he would miss being on stage with him and performing together.

There's no reason to believe that Adam and Tommy are not still friends. Tommy is a professional, too, and has been working with other musicians. He understands the music business. He has a life of his own. Nice memories from GNT and all the other shows they played together. Time to move on.

Just hoping there's a good tour in the not too distant future. If you haven't bought GT or TOH yet, please do so if you can. Sales is the key to a tour.

Based on what I heard so far from the new band...I like them a lot; a very distinct sound, just right for the Ghost Town single, especially that haunting tin-can drum and bass, like a ghost jumping around lol!

I would imagine that Tommy has known for some time that Adam was going to have a new band. There were other band members also that have already moved on. I see no reason why Adam and Tommy would not remain friends.
