Yes it's about time.I never watched the seasons after adam.

I've wat he'd but it was never the same.

I like American Idol it was on my bucket list to watch every year.
I fell in love with Adam and his talent, and he would not of been discovered if it weren't for this show. I agree that Adam blue every on out of the ball park with his talent, and the show hasn't been the same. But I still like it. I defiantly will miss the show.

I will deff. miss AI.😂

I've loved Idol. Hope they can make next season great.

Every season I look forward to Adam's appearance in some capacity on Idol. He hasn't missed one since his season. I think this season was better than most. So many had poor judging and even worst talent. I'll miss anticipating Adam showing up, but one more season, hopefully having on the successful Idols should end it on a positive note.

I was hooked before then, but I fell way down the rabbit hole after ROF! :)

After season 8 of Idol, Adam actually spoiled it for me to continue watching it with each new contestant. He just set the bar so high with his vocal talent and amazing stage presence that I kept on comparing each one to him. Then the fiasco with Nicki and Mariah as judges just made the show unbearable to watch. This season when the focus is more on JLO and what she is wearing rather than the contestants, then it is time for the show to pack it in. There are too many of these talent/singing shows on tv now anyway which all came about because of American Idol. Thank you to Idol for giving us Adam and bringing him back several times where he still continues to blow away all the performers on the show.
