I think I know this lady in the picture :)
What I like about Adam is when he is with a group, he becomes them rather than stand out...that's his connectivity trump-card; like in this picture, nobody will actually think he is a renowned Rockstar because he looks so much like one of them. It's only when he's on stage...then, the crouching tiger and hidden dragon make their kill. lwl!
