Excerpts from the Article/Interview:

"...So it’s surprising that conversation turned to vulnerability and self-doubt when he sat down with Same Same in Sydney to talk about The Original High, Lambert’s new album and tour."

SameSame: Travel can be lonely, too, and you do a lot of it. And you can’t travel further than to Sydney.

Adam: Oh, my God, you’re on the other side of the world! Travel can be lonely. And I don’t have a significant other I’m travelling with this time. I’m human. I’m just like everybody else, you know. Everybody wants that one person, you know. Even when you’re enjoying being single, which I’ve had plenty of time to enjoy, you still crave that companionship and that comfort. Sleeping alone is nice sometimes but there are other times when you’re like, ahhh, I just wish I could cuddle. I do an awful lot of sleeping alone, trust me.

To me Adam's interviews have become a lot more transparent, believable, and honest just recently. I think it's a sign of increasing confidence both on a personal and professional level.

I agree. He's a very introspective person, and he lets his deepest thoughts come out. He's so well-spoken, too. Never comes across as dopey. And boy, can he talk! No talk show host has to worry that Adam will sit there like a stump. I'll bet he gets his own show one day.

I adore Another Lonely Night! It has a marvelous hook. I hope it, along with TOH, become singles. They are perfect for radio and for live performance. Love EITN, too. The album is jam-packed with great music.
