From Billboard: An essay about being an Adam Lambert fan aka "Glambert", written by Bren English (@FoxVegas on Twitter).

Bren, an active and supportive Adam Lambert fan, wrote this in response to a request from Billboard to "describe what being a part of a fandom means to them"..

As part of Billboard's Fan Army Face-Off 2015, we've asked people to write about what being part of the fandom means to them. Read below for an essay from one of Adam Lambert's fans, who are called the Glamberts.
Quote from the essay:
Truly, there’s nothing missing from this fan base when it comes to providing a full-service support system for Adam. Whatever is needed, someone steps forward and makes sure it gets done, and done very well. Because we believe in Adam and we believe in the amazing gift that he brings to this universe, we’re more than willing to freely give our time, our energy and yes -- sometimes our money -- to make sure he gets the best of the best when it comes to having unconditional love and support behind him in whatever benefits him the most. We’re not organized in any formal way or by any management team or label. We’ve organized ourselves in a free-flowing organic way, and it works beautifully!

Well said. I've been a Glambert since AI and I may very well be in his senior Glambert group as I am now a great grandmother. May I add that I am a young great grandmother. My husband and I have seen Adam perform at many concerts, of
which some have included air travel.
I grew up during the rock and roll era seeing Elvis perform at the beginning of his career and the Beatles arriving in NYC for their first American performance.

Then came Adam. The likes of which I have never seen. He possesses the charm, personality, charisma, showmanship, and voice. Yes, that VOICE. I will forever be a Glambert.
