Adam hadn't been to BM since he took Sauli 3? Years ago.

I don't know what the attraction is to BM, it's hot, dirty and very uncomfortable.
A week of pure hell, IMO. As Adam and Sauli have said no shower for a week, and you have to share and scrounge for food, although drugs seem plentiful. Adam made some remark, when he went with Sauli, that he hadn't enjoyed it, I think he didn't find the Original High, like the first time he went when he was a few years younger. He has matured now, and like a lot of us, he has outgrown it.

BM attracts all ages. An older friend of mine in is 60s has gone numerous times. For some, it's a yearly thing. The discomfort and the challenge is part of it all, I guess.

I have friends who have gone to Burning Man several times. They bring plenty of food, there isn't an issue with that. They said lots of people are giving away food and drink too. It sounds interesting. I'd like to be able to go with them some time to experience it.
