Interesting that he given a product to sponsor on the other side of the world, but heavens forbid he be given an American product all hell would probably break loose. This country gives me hives at times. Js
The Dark Side, it is actually common for American celebrities to do ads in Asia but not the US. It is much more lucrative and there is not a stigma of selling out.
Unknown, thanks for bringing down my blood pressure. The read The Dark Side's post and had the same reaction. But if lots of US celebrities do this, then I guess I won't get upset about it. Good for Adam!!
The Dark Side, my country (the US) gives me hives sometimes too when it comes to ignorant/conservative cultural, social and political views.
Good to know Adam can get some endorsements in Asia without stigma -- thanks Unknown!
Hey, back to the Singaport NYE show, I noticed that one of the two hosts of the evening is a man named Mike Kasem. I'm guessing he is the son (grandson?) of the late Casey Kasem who was a famed DJ in the US for many decades. Scroll to the bottom of the page below to see Mike's photo -- the resemblance to Kasey is very strong.

Sorry, the music industry in the U.s sucks. I only listen to the classic rock channel, and most people have satellite. They're too busy talking about Justin's D$CK and Nicki's A$$, country, hip-hop and teen idols. Pitiful.
I'm in the US. I don't have satellite, none of my friends or family do either. I listen to an AC channel so it's pop without talk about dick or ass. No country music for me though there is nothing wrong with it being so popular. I do like the occasional hip hop song. I don't get why Adam, a pop singer, has so many fans who hate pop and are derisive of other genres.
I am one of many who lament Adam not receiving all that he deserves. There is a recent well written opinion article that I agree with, think the author is spot-on. Sorry, could not get a link to work, just google: "DMonline - adam lambert" or "adam lambert: unapologetically out".
