Hey Adam, try some of our local dishes and drinks...'Singapore Sling' maybe somewhat like your favourite tequila, 'cha kuay teow' / fried noodles with 'hum'/cockles; I know you won't try durian the king of fruit which may not be allowed in posh hotels due to its diffusive aroma that can envelope the whole hotel. lol! Ahh, 'Buddha Jumps Over The Wall' / an assortment of meats, prawns, fish, vegetables. The tale goes that the dish is so good and nutritious that even Buddha cannot resist it and so using his kung-fu, jumps over the wall to get it. lwl!
