Adam Lambert Multi-platinum selling, singer-songwriter Adam Lambert stepped into the national spotlight in 2009 when he became a finalist on the eighth season of American Idol. Oh my, my chance has come. I have a dusty musty box full of whiney country songs. I spent one summer, years ago, turning out one tragedy laced lyric after another. Grand Old Opry......here I come!!!
