Actually, I think it's a very life-like ceramic chicken. The other objects displayed lead me to think we're looking at a window display. But WHAT is that background photo about? An aboriginal icon, decoration, costume, or somesuch? Strange/interesting/somewhat unsettling!
And.. is the caption..."Contoured"... Adam's caption, or did it already exist when he photographed it? What does it mean?
Or....me again....is "Contoured" the name of a store (printed on its display window), that Adam is photographing the window display through?
