Rocky Horror fans, get your high heels and fishnet tights at the ready, because FOX is bringing its own 2016 version to your screens very soon – here’s everything we know so far.
Airing at some point in the Autumn, the show follows on from the likes of The Wiz and Grease to get a modern reworking and, like those two shows, will also feature some very famous faces.Someone we’re very excited to see is Adam Lambert, who’s set to play rough-around-the-edges ex-delivery boy Eddie. Well, the performer’s certainly no stranger to a bit of leather…
After being cast, he said: “I grew up watching Rocky Horror, but could never imagine that I would be part of this new vision. Rocky Horror always made me feel like it was okay to celebrate my weirdness.”
Adam was originally considered to play the role of Dr. Frank-N-Furter, but that ended up going to Orange Is The New Black favourite Laverne Cox, which we can’t wait for.

I notice now film-makers / special events producers just throw in Adam and then everyone takes more interest. Wonder if he is singing as Eddie the delivery-boy but he sure delivers whatever thrown at him...maybe he should come in brandishing his Rocky Horror Scream. lwl! You know, like Born To Be Wild, which reminded someone of the Show.
