I guess that answers the question -- QAL will NOT perform "Shir Lashalom" or "The Prayer" today in Tel Aviv today.

I'm kinda disappointed ... I was hoping he would sing a song in Hebrew!! He did it so beautifully the last time!! However ... that is certainly some setlist ... can't wait for the videos to start coming online/Ytube!! That's ENTERTAINMENT ... IMO!!

The occasions when Adam sang in Hebrew were, as I recall, solemn ones. Would they 'fit' in a rock concert?

I have the same feeling that @Lucy does.. Although hearing Adam sing in Hebrew would be incredible (and I love it so much when he has sung them in the past, for the Yitzhak Rabin memorial concert in LA years ago..), the fans at the concert were there to hear the legendary Queen songs.. The band may have discussed the possibility and decided against it..

Lucy and Glitzy Lady -- if you watch that video again from the Rabin memorial concert , notice how the mood starts off rather solemnly...then the song slowly picks up speed, and becomes lighter and more hopeful in mood ... and is almost joyful by the end.

It is meant to be uplifting -- a song for peace!

As far a "fitting in" a "rock" concert...a Queen "rock" concert... certainly it should as much as "Who Wants To Live Forever" or "The Show Must Go On"....IMO

Queen's music is very eclectic....

Well, it's a moot point now, anyway.
