P.S. Wish Eddie's part was larger, but frankly I am happy that Adam didn't accept the Dr. Frankenfurter part. Undoubtedly, he would have done a bang-up job, but I don't want to see him in mesh stockings and a low-cut bustier... he is too alpha-male in build and performance style for one thing, IMO.

And, yes, I love him in Queen's "Killer Queen", he knocks it out of the ball park, but that is only a small part of the entire concert.

Because he IS gay, playing the part of Dr. Frankenfurter might easily cause him to become type-cast. Until he is more firmly established as an star in the U.S., I believe he is best served by being himself...which is....fantastic! And that does not preclude him from playing a wide variety of parts in any acting options that might turn up for him.

Also, Laverne Cox definitely has the "figure" and legs for THAT part!

Nanbert, I agree. Adam had very good instincts when he turned down the role of Dr. F. We are different place regarding sexual identity than we were when Tim Curry played that role. Laverne Cox is a much better choice. Adam has a lot of Eddie in him, IMO, has least as far as looks and attitude are concerned. He's perfect for that part.
