Adam Lambert Live IG: Adam Talks With BOY GEORGE and Benedict Cork

Adam treated us during this crisis with another wonderful Instagram Live: a conversation with international superstar and pop legend BOY GEORGE and, separately, with English singer-songwriter Benedict Cork, with whom Adam wrote (along with Josh Cumbee) the song "Feel Something," which happens to be the final track on Adam's just-released new album, "VELVET."  Boy, we are definitely being spoiled (or in British English, "spoilt")..!!

Very fun meet-up with BG and Benedict! Adam is lucky he has house-mates during this virus time. At least he's not alone. BG said he is all by himself. Nice to see these guys chat and goof around a bit. I hope Adam figures out how to use his new music equipment. We could use some in-house snippets from him, right? Lots of artists are doing it. I hope he does, too. Seems like he wants to go out and get some hair dye, too. LOL

Yes, wasn't that fun...? It's great that he has some wonderful famous friends (as Boy George says, he doesn't really have any he would talk to like he does with Adam), same as he has lots of wonderful non-famous friends (whom Adam has made partially famous! lol). I hope Adam might be able to do more of these talks, they're so much fun.

I SO agree, Dee, about using his new music equipment — actually, it would be great if he could do one formal mini-concert in his living room like, as you said, some other artists have done. Even if just did them to track OR if he's able to set something up like on Zoom where others are playing their own living rooms. Might be a little tricky technically, but would love him to give it a try. I'd actually like to see him do 3 or 4 tracks (or more) from the new album. Since everything is on hold and he lost a lot of PR for the album (which I truly hope some of those same shows will reschedule for him), this would be a good way to get some self-promotion. If he were to do a mini-concert like this I am SURE many in the media will take notice.

Fingers crossed!
