Queen Official is premiering the single video release of Queen + Adam Lambert's "Somebody To Love" from their new album & video Live Around The World, today, Friday, November 6th, at 12:00pm PST / 3:00pm EST / 8:00pm GMT.

Brian, Roger and Adam decided to use their 2016 Isle Of Wight Festival performance to showcase this iconic track from the Queen catalog — which has become equally iconic at their concerts, given Adam's brilliant and spectacular rendition of the song.  You will find the premiere right here:

Can't wait to see this Somebody to Love video! Isle of Wight was amazing!

Just received our weekly "TV Week" magazine which is a version of TV Guide. The cover features Moonbase 8!!! There is an article in the magazine about the show. It is six total episodes. The description makes it sound very fun and silly. It's just a half hour long. I am SO looking forward to it. They did not mention Adam or any other guest stars, but I know that all the Glamberts will be watching Episode 4!

I hope that episode will be eventually turning up here. I'm not purchasing another network just for one episode. Now, if that series is kept on for another seaon....and Adam becomes a reasonably regular member of the cast....then I'll rethink my decision.

I did re-up my Showtime for now, but Nanbert, I'm with you. I don't know how long I'll keep it. We'll see how MB8 goes.

BTW...in my wandering around Adam-watching on Youtube, I've seen a trailer for Moonbase 8 a few times....which shows a very brief shot of Adam. Since he has only a small part in the series, I'd guess that shot of Adam is for advertising purposes...to grab the attention--and tuning in.... of Glamberts. To me, it indicates the show's awareness of Adam's growing draw and advertising value. GOOD!...the more people realize that, the better for Adam.

I may not live to see it, but one day Adam will be considered an icon ...by all! I hope he gets all the recognition, awards and respect that are his due....while he is STILL living and can savor it! Who could/would sing HIS songs at the Lincoln Center? Oh my! I'd LOVE to see that!

Re Moonbase 8: Showtime will be showing the half hour series each week. HOWEVER, if you have Showtime, you can also see ALL of the entire series right away. So perhaps renewing or subscribing to Showtime for just a month would make perfect sense. It's usually very reasonable for one month. I'll be posting all of the info in a new thread post here on 24/7..

Oh my! Queen and Adam's "Somebody To Love" was magnificent! I watched it with a big, silly grin on my face the whole time. I'm sure you'll all agree, having seen many performances of this song...or any other on their tours....each performance is it's OWN gem...with its own facets and sparkles.

You find yourself anticipating every nuance of a performance, delighting in every variation, enjoying every crowd reaction. And you find yourself drawn further and further into this entity named Queen and Adam Lambert....an extraordinarily rich and fulfilling experience....and ever so addicting!

I can't imagine life without them....helping me through this pandemic/loneliness/anxiety!
