I don't think this is a proper photoshoot. This is apparently taken when Adam was drunk.

Why do you think he was drunk?
It looks pretty obvious and this was after the highline concert anyway at a club.
This was taken in a club in NY after the Kradison concert. Adam posed for this person who happened to be at the club who then commented that he had had a few too many.
This picture showed up with an article and it definitely wasn't a photoshoot. In fact this site has the top picture and associated story several pages back dated February 15, 2010.
who cares when it was taken!? HE looks SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOT in these pictures it's insane! His eyes, his lips, his.... freckles!;) But I do mostly adore him for his music - I swear;)
