Adam Lambert will indeed be appearing on “The Tonight Show” on Tuesday — along with the former governor of Alaska, conservative Sarah Palin. NBC confirmed the appearance Tuesday after Lambert Tweeted last week that he’d be on Leno’s new stage.

There was speculation that there might be tension over whether the conservative politician and the very liberal Lambert were able to be in the same studio. According to sources directly involved with the booking, this was overblown.

“It had nothing to do with that — Adam had some scheduling issues that needed to be worked out,” said the source. “Until those conflicts on his end were worked out, it just couldn’t be announced. There’s really no drama involved.”

Yes, no drama. I hope Adam will put Sarah on
a lush and take her for a ride. Lol.
She needs to loosen up.
Saying it with humor not hate. I think, eventhuogh not my cup of tea, sRah is an interesting person.
Is Adam on the 3rd if march?

I am still looking forward to Adam being on SNL. I hope he gets that chance.

I am a very politically conservative person who adores Adam, his magnificent voice and EVERY other thing about him. I resent the tone the above article. Conservatives are sexual, gay, black and anything else that liberals are. We dance, sing, play games, have sex, watch sports, love our children, watch Idol just like everyone else. Because I am conservative am I blind and deaf? NO! Do I appreciate Adam's talents and looks? YES! Have I or anyone else on this site EVER complained that someone else was too liberal? NO! Please get over your biases and hatred. Not aimed at you Anon 1 but at those who will read the article and go off on a tangent.

Just as a side note: The first time I ever saw Adam was the Zodiak show "My Change is Gonna Come" on the web pointed out to me by my very conservative son. I couldn't tell what Adam looked like due to the make up, but his voice and attitude blew me away. That was when I started searching for anything on the web and seeing him on Upright Cabaret was the clincher for me. During the auditions for Idol 8, when he came on screen I was ecstatic. My adult children, their spouses and my grandchildren ALL love Adam.

Deus te amat and I do too

The only guest I care to watch on the Tonight show is Adam. After that, I will grab the remote and start surfing. Even though Jay's first interview with Adam was actually more sensible than some of the other silly interviews I have heard, Jay doesn't impress me much and neither does Sarah Palin. Knock em out, Adam!

WWFM's on the radio right now. Lovin' it!!!! Anyway, 11:42 anon, it's March 2nd. Don't miss it!

3:09 anon~ it's stupid anybody ever thought that (the Sarah and him thing). Geez, they're both civilized people. He's on his way to Australia and had scheduling problems.

Adam's not much of a political animal. Now, the more fascinating confrontation would be Neil Lambert and Sarah Palin. That's what I'm talking about!!!!

Who cares about what Sarah Palin thinks about Adam. We love him and he is there for us and not Sarah Palin. What you want to bet she falls in love with the fine young man. Jay Leno really like him and he is on Jay's show and not Sarah's. LOL. She will have more viewers see her since he is on the show..probably more than any political jig she has ever done. She does not impress me at all.

He is even more beautiful than she is...LOL
