i waited in NY to see him since 10:30 the night before lol.
but i got FRONT ROW, so i'd do it again and again to see my baby <3

But I don't get it. Why are they lining up. I thought that when you purchased a ticket, you are guaranteed a seat? Or is it first come, first serve?

Anonymous said...

Some venues are general admission with no designated seats. Others have assigned seats.

For GA shows you have to get there early or you might get stuck in the back

Do you think it's gonna be like this in Las Vegas at the end of July? It's also GA there in Mandalay but there are other concerts going on at the same time at the resort and also Aerosmith is playing at MGM at same date and time as well as Lionell Richie at Caesar's Palace. I'm hoping it's not like this in LV.

Hi Everybody, Just got back from seeing THE BEST CONCERT I've ever seen in my life!!!!Seeing adam live is a vocal and visual extravaganza!!All wer at the top of their game. Allison rocked the walls and is a rock star!She also did a song with Orianthi, who also is incredible.I had a sign that said,Spread the Lambert Love 24/7 and Dana that also visits this site found me and that was the best surprise! If you see this ,Dana,so nice to spend time with you and meet your son! Hope to see you posting!Longineau came out several times before the concert to take pictures and sign autographs. He signed my poster 2x.He also sat in front of me next to the sound console with 2 ladies that he obviously knew.He took my camera and took a photo of the 2 of us. A sweet, wonderful guy and very fan friendly, also a magnificent drummer!The Fillmore is a small venue, like a nightclub, beautiful chandeliers, staff very accomodating. The tour buses were parked right next to us and went nuts when Adam got out about and went abouy 20 feet into the building. he turned,smiled. waved and said, "Hi Charlotte!" He wore a black t-shirt, hair is growing back, lol,carried a black bag.Feeling faint thinking about it.That is nothing compared to seeing him walk down the stairs!The sexiest most classically beautiful man I've ever seen.Glitter in the hair tonight. Quick peck on Tommy's cheek.WLL to die for. He has such energy and you know he is giving you his absolute best, as all of them did.They all seemed to be having so much fun and the audience loved them!Every song an out of body experience.The fans were a friendly very diversified bunch, many glammed up to th nth degree and I did my part, tho' not too outrageous.A lot of men there, many all ages with wives, gfriends. Saw some little ones,4 or 5yrs.many teens,20 somethings,a feww in their 70's,80's!Thought I would burst with happiness at all the love for Adam and his Glamily!One of the best times of my life! Don't miss it, if you cansee him.He outdid himself and did it right!Now have to see if I can fly my daughter from Fl. and get tickets to see him in Raleigh.Btw, after the concert Allison came out with Longineau spent time with fans and then Monte who stayed a goog 1'2 hour, posing and signing for every fan that asked him.His twins are doing fine and growing,What a teddy bear, so patient. Love them all,awonderful group,down to the very last one. Didn't see Tommy, was told he doesn't sign or come out afterwards, but who knows,I've seen pics elsewhere. My son was a great sport, so had to give it up about 12:45 and will have to give it up now, at 3am, Nite all! Sweet dreams! funnbunn40

YYYAAAAAYYY - there's that review I was looking for, funnbunn40! Awesome. Wow-ee! SO, SO happy for you...love the run down! Oh god, I can NOT wait to see him in a few more weeks! The venue here in Seattle is very small, so I'm sure we are all going to get a big dose of Adam, no matter what/where we are at the show. Can't wait. Oh, did I already say that? I'm all giddy, just thinking about it! :D

PS - have been meaning to say, for so long now, that I find it absolutely amazing that Monty is on tour, with new baby twins at home! That is dedication. I hope he, somehow, gets to see his babies while on the road...??? Gosh.

Thank you, Monty, for giving us your time at such an important time in YOUR life.

And - Longineau. I love this guy!! Amazing drummer and, yes, as you describe, funnbunn40, he just seems to have a very positive, friendly air about him.

thankyou funnbunn40 for your lovely review, glitter in the hair...fantastic, love that. and saying "an out of body experience" i think that would explain your adam experience perfectly.

i was getting excited just reading about it, but i will just have to be patient as hopefully my day will come.

so sad that security is so tight as no vids have been posted yet, spoiling all our fun...so rude:(

Thanks funnbunn40, so great you got to meet Monte and Longineau, hoping for that opportunity in Seattle, not to mention Tommy and you never know, Adam may feel the love as well and come out after too.

As for the question about Las Vegas above, will it be that crowded and crazy: am down here right now and judging by the huge crowds of people to see other shows, I can only imagine that he'll be packing them in just like at the ones he's done so far. Its Adam after all!!!!! It's hotter than you know what down here tho, and if its as others have said, that Adam gets better the hotter the venue is, than he should be smokin' for Las Vegas!!! Lucky are the fans to see him here! (Or anywhere.......!!!!) Counting the days....

Re my post at 8:54 a.m.

Not that I would ever expect Adam to come out to meet fans afterward, is just too much to expect of him, poor guy works so hard during the show (and always) but guess its happened a time or two.....Needs all the rest he can get with this crazy schedule of his!

Thanks glitzylady
for answering my q's above re: Las Vegas.
I wasn't able to get tix for the Seattle one which is closer for me - all sold out there. But I saw the Las Vegas one was still open and was able to secure one (GA). I thought it's Vegas so it's gonna be smokin' hot with Adam there plus it's July, for heaven's sake. Funny thing is, I have to change plane 3x (one way) just to see him and the show tix only cost $50. Hope it's worth the trip.

I mean, everytime I try to say TWENTYwhateverNUMBERS, I miss the real Paradise's name of the best place we've got to set our love to sweet Adam Lambert; again folks, I'm so sorry.. .

@diamondgem 9:51 a.m.

He's always worth it !!!!! So far I've flown from Seattle to Palm Springs in Feb., stayed overnight in Vancouver for River Rock and bought tickets to Seattle Sodo and also paid a "bit more" for front row seats at the Puyallup Fair show, so maybe I'm not the best one to speak to that comment from an unbiased point of view! Pretty sure you won't be disappointed! Guessing that LV show will be more than fabulous, as you say, it's LAS VEGAS!!!! I'd be there in a second, but then I have to at least try to convince my family and friends that I still have some level of common sense left.... (Have to admit I did go to the Mandalay Bay venue just to check it out.....) Enjoy!!! Can hardly wait for the vids of THAT one!

@glitzylady

Are you from Vegas/Nevada area? co'z for you to just visit and check out the venue that's pretty impressive.

Wow, so you've been to several of Babyboy's shows already. That's cool and impressive. True fan. I like your humur re: "still have some level of common sense left" lol...I totally understand that. I thought I was done with Vegas (then this GNT thing came up), been there a few times already and been to that beach in Mandalay - it's a good place to hang out and just soak and sip the drink during lazy time. I'm guessing people will be in bikini standing right infront of Adam, dancing and feeling the beat. I'm beginning to think that LV might be the hottiest venue of all his US tour - it's a private pool/beach, it's a beautiful place with palm trees around. Have to admit though, when I found out that AEROSMITH will be playing at the same time, I was torn. But as I keep watching vids from Adam's almost nightly performance I was convinced to stick with the original plan. Adam weighs more on me. I haven't follow and check a celibrity like this before.

I loved reading your review! I was only a few sentences in when I knew exactly who you were!! I was the one standing right beside you through the entire show, or the "out of mind and body experience" that was his show...whichever you prefer to call it!!!! And didn't even get to say good-bye as the crowds poured out! That was the most unbelievably - well I don't know what words to use - it just seems impossible that Adam is real when you get to witness what we did last night!! So many times I was just speechless! (those were the few times that I wasn't screaming in your ear!) I got an awesome picture taken in Longineu also - wow he is a sweetheart! At dinner tonight my son was talking about taking your sign over the rail to get one of the signatures for you! I didn't even see that! I heard your son say that you were having the time of your life while talking to his sister on the phone, and I wanted you to know that watching you and sharing that experience right beside you was a perfect example of the love that just oozes out of Adam to his fans and thru his fans! Just like your sign said! He connects people and its unbelievable! The massive sexiness that drips from his pores is just an extra special bonus that we get to enjoy! Get in touch with your daughter and get busy on those Raleigh tickets! I already have mine and I'll be looking for you there!

@mom3boyz, So glad to see you on this site and saying it was your son that got Longineu's signature for me! What a sweetheart and he's adorable! Did he mention the jerk in line that was questioning how long everyone had been there? I still haven't recovered from Adam and was on the phone until 3am talking to the daughter in Fl.about going to Raleigh! It was so much fun with you behind me having an Adam attack!The whole crowd was so into him and he felt it. He took his time with WLL and didn't skimp on the sensuality! I definately hope to see you in Raleigh! My daughter Janet is really into Adam also and is a lot of fun and she can whistle really loud!! haha funbunn40

Sorry that I didn't get to see you Gina, if you were there, or Sweetie if you were going also. I may have been mistaken. I did make a pass with my sign past the buses and down the sidewalk, hoping to meet some 24/7 people and Dana,from NY who sometimes posts did find me. Sorry I lost you later, but so glad to have met you and your son. Hope you finally were able to eat your sandwich! funbunn40

hi there, dana here, after the incredible high powered thrilling on fire charlotte show..and the two nokia nyc shows last week. still in an adam induced daydream/stupor...so this might be fragged. the charlotte concert was fantabulous and i think the crowd was the the most enthusiastic and uninhibited yet! they loved the spicy bits and egged adam on, yeah. and and were glammed to the hilt. truly deafening screams...go go go!

the venue had black ceilings with stunning glittery milky lavender crystal chandeliers and the lasers did magical things to them and the ceiling. the interlude with the laser show was musically and visually magnificent with a gorgeous soaring guitar solo by monte. i saw both great mobbed concerts at the nokia in nyc so i am in recovery mode now and reverting to night-owlism to catch up. i have run out of words for adam and his beauty of spirit, good generous kind heart and of course his obvious talents, classic beauty, brilliance and quick wit...apparently they called him a genius in high school, right on!

such fun meeting you funnbunn40! you are so cool! your coverage of the concert was great! i am trying to figure out my next concert and my travel bag remains semi packed as i am really getting into this ongoing glam nation gypsy hippy happening event thing...best concerts ever! i got the t shirt with the tour dates and follow it along as i hung it as wall art!

falling asleep at the wheel here...to be continued...

Love your take on the concert, Dana and agree, Monte is spectacular, the solos were out of this world. Longineu and the dancers all were first rate and Allison and Orianthi were the perfect opening act, although as talented as Orianthi is, I was anxiously anticipating our rock god! I hope to get tickets for the Aug.28th Raleigh concert this week.Will have to get accomodations the night before and night of concert. Have to work that out and daughters flight. It would be fun if you could make that one also. I still will watch every video of every performance that is videod. Guess some venues are getting strict about cameras.Hope you had a safe trip home. As I said before this was the best concert ever!! Don't miss it people! I guarantee your heart rate will rise and your spirits will soar! He slithers so magnificently! funbunn40
