Looks wise... I like Adam better than Tokio.

Singing voice wise... they both have different voice qualities... still like Adam's voice way better... because Adam can rock it and at the same time he can melow it down! Adam sounds so sweet & tender when he does that... heart just melts!:}

No comparison for me.Adam looks much more masculine and has more sex appeal. I also happened to notice in Bill Kaulitx third paragraph on the right, the word schmuck, which has reduced me to laughter. Growing up in a predominately Jewish neighborhood, it was used to describe "a jerk." Now it may have a different meaning in German,and please correct me if I'm wrong[need your husband's input MGF, as I'm just a Chicago "shiksa" haha]but for now, I'm still laughing! funbunn40

Schmuck is a Yiddish word (derived from German) meaning prick. That about covers it.

Bill is very pretty, but Adam is much more masculine and appealing in my opinion.

Bill is too girly for my taste.

Funny this should come up now as I just listened to Tokio Hotels albunm at work today as well as Adams (as usual) and found Bills voice quite hard compared to Adams, I do like tokio Hotel tho and bought their album on Adams recomendation as he likes them to. And as Adam says there is room for all of them

Bravo compared Adam and Bills Karriere(career - both entered a casting show to get recognized well Bill didn't do too good), Erfolg(Success - Bill wins because TH has sold over 5 million CDs),Outfits(again they think Bill wins because he's had famous designers make his stage costume and it seems like they don't really know enough about Adam . they think he hangs out in drags all the time LOL), Körper(body) und Schmuck(Jewelery), Frisuren(Haircut - again Bill wins primarily because they don't have that many pics of Adam), Liebe(Love - Adam is openly gay, Bill is lonely) Bravos result = Bill wins! I disagree but....well Tokio Hotel IS a German band and Bravo has been promoting them since the beginning.
I like both Bill and Adam they both have that certain something that captivates an audience(trust me Bill live is incredible every single person in Bercy(a stadium with 19000 people) felt like he had eye contact with them - sadly never seen Adam but he certainly comes across as a real showman the best of our time in my opinion)

Bill is very pretty, he also has a twin brother, who tries to makes himself look totally different.Adam said he would like to meet him and possibly go shopping with him. If you think Adam is thin, the kaulitz boys are twice as thin. I may have mis-understood, but I thought they were both straight. There are still many people who have not heard of Adam right here in USA. It may be hard to believe but not everyone watches American Idol. I thought some of the pics that Bravo picked were a bit un flattering of Adam.

OT Alert: @funbunn40 July 28 10:24PM - looks like Anons 11:12PM and 11:46PM cleared this up :), but yep, I was a "Shiksa" in my hubby's family at one time too, lol. Lucky for me 'though, he had two brothers that had already married Shiksa's by the time I came along...although one converted, although they are now divorced :)... and his one brother who married a jewish woman - well they are now divorced too and he's married a few Shiksa's since, LOL. But anyway, the parents came around quite easily because I'm open-minded and a big and continuous student of life, history, cultures - not as a vocation or anything, just as a human being, and I appreciate broadening my horizons, always have, and 'though I didn't convert, I give proper credence and appreciation to his family's heritage, always have, because I wanted to... and also, hubby's family, like AL and his growing following, seem to know and understand that you just LOVE WHO YOU LOVE! As for hubby and myself - we're still going strong (and maybe, just maybe, AL has had a little to do with that lately :))...and I have to say that Mom of the radio DJ who got the AL call and birthday wishes, Suzy, in that thread a while back, did remind me of hubby's Mom, and I got a special kick out of that interview - Adam was so funny).

Is that article new?? Thought this Adam-Bill issue had been talked about some time back... why r they still comparing between the two men?!

Both have different vocals ability n their kind of music might be a little different too! Tokio hotel has been around since early 2000 (if I'm not wrong) n they r really huge in Europe! Adam just started his singing career about more than a year ago n for him to hv an album sales of more than 1 million copies recently is HUGE for a 'beginner'.

In terms of looks, vocals, physique, style... I'd choose Adam. Having said those.. Adam is definitely the WINNER... Sure Fire Winner!!!

Tokio Hotel is a huuuge cultural export product for Germany. I watched a documentary about this band on YT a while ago. Very interesting indeed. Someone said there that TH boys have realized in a year or so more than The Goethe Institute in several decades. Young French girls enrolling for German lessons at the local branches of the Goethe-Institut? A major milestone!
I knew about TH since long back, but never took an interest in them before Adam. Now that I know their (interesting) story I can relate more with the band and their music.
However, I can't see how any woman could (really, sexually) be attracted to both of them. One is a Man (gay, but more of a 'man' than some straight ones) who loves to play the androgyny card; the other one, well,the boy is not playing at all :).

Absolutely agree. Even with makeup Adam look like a man. But when I look at Bill's photo first time I thought "this girl is beautiful". I didn't know that Tokio Hotel is "straight boys" band.

And, it's Adam in my book...(big surprise...)...although my niece is firmly in the Bill K. camp, I think he is cute and all, but not my type....

First of all - that big, smiling picture of Adam in this magazine doesn't even look like him. Why? It looks a little strange to me...something about his eyes...I dunno. Anyway, you know who's camp I'm in - although, I must confess, I've never seen/heard TH. I do think Bill is quite pretty, though. Love his OTT style. But he's not knocking Adam off the pedastsal I've got him on.

Secondly - ladies, ladies (glitzylady, MGF)...we're all friends here...no fighting! There's plenty to go around! But perhaps a sign up sheet would keep things "fair". When it's not my turn, I just ask that I get to watch. And don't tax our boy to the point that he gets thigh cramps. Please.

Thank you Adamluv! I like both Adam and Tokio Hotel and I hate that I can't read about them without fans fighting each other! Bravo didn't write anything negative about Adam(Germany loves Adam FYI) I think they are trying to give Tokio Hotel some recognition because they aren't really getting that from their home country(sad but true). A lot of people live by the rule: Bill wears eyeliner and looks too much like a girl so the music must be crap!

Eh… I think they’d make an attractive couple if either were seriously into that.

Adam is a man. Bill is beautiful, and doesn't look masculine at all. Adam, on the other hand, whether he's performing, being interviewed, or just in a photo inspires Lust. It's as simple as that. Adam makes you think of sex and cuddling. Looking at Bill inspires nothing except "Why does he want to look soo much like a woman" "What's his Story?"

When I first looked a the pic of Bill with his hands pressed together as if in prayer, I said to myself. Wow, I didn't remember that Audrey Hepburn had a daughter.

I love both boys! Adam is our walking sex god glam rocker, while Bill goes for a more androgynous, mysterious look. It's super hard to compare voices, they're so different. But yes, Tokio Hotel's Scream has a really heart-wrenching song called Don't Jump.
Adam's pretty recent in overseas markets and TH has been recording and selling albums in the millions since Tom and Bill were fourteen, so I can see how Bravo leaned in their direction :)

Golly, it's a shame so many people commenting on this are showing their ignorance by refusing to understand that schmuck is a German word meaning jewelry and making stupid comments.

As for the argument that Adam was glam when Bill was in grade school, those people should know that when Bill was in grade school, he was already dying his hair, wearing makeup and generally challenging the status quo to the point that his stepfather had to protect him and Tom from being attacked.

So please, just try to appreciate that both of these guys are mavericks and deserve to be applauded and comparing and finding one better is dumb?

I baught Adam and Tokio Hotel's album both. I baught FYE first and liked 3 songs of the album. When I listened to the TH album I love every song of it - all 19 of them. Amazing songs and the lyrics were very powerful. Tokio Hotel's Humanoid City Live album comes with DVD in it...it's freakin' awesome concert - reminds me of Michael Jackson's setup and production.

Adam's physique is very masculine, looking very manly; feminity on Adam only comes out when he moves his hands like a girl, also it shows a little on his gait. He has a face that's round like a basin. Bill from Tokio Hotel on the otherhand is pretty, and very cute, has this inspiring look,has cute and sexy articulation that encouraged and inspired a lot of people to learn German language. Bill also have encouraged some people to learn how to smile again and get their lives back together. Bill's cute in every way,and it explains why high end designers just loved him.

Adam is a bit obsessed about Bill from Tokio Hotel. Adam is attracted to Bill's androgynous beauty. Bill's been dying his hair since elementary grade and has this funky style of hair since he was a little boy. Nice to see that Bill is Adam's hair and style icon.Bill is only 20 years old and Adam is going 29 years old in January.

WTF!? bill wins? he is german like me but adam is sooooo much better. his voice his style. somehow adam never looks gay and bill is copying adam's style anyway but he looks gay with it so much.

@Anna Victoria, Bill has never copied Adam's style. For one reason, he doesn't want to draw any more attention from Adam. For another, he doesn't "have to" copy Adam, or anyone for that matter. I really do like Adam so I don't want to put him down (or Bill) or say anything negative. But Adam has recently copied Bill's short blonde hair & brown mustache.

It looked bad on Bill but now, sadly, they BOTH look awful with this look. That particular look makes BOTH men look VERY gay. And lonely.
