I wish I could help you, but I have no idea how I "program" my dreams...as a small child it was just a case of telling myself stories as I fell asleep and then they continued after I was "out". I thought everyone could do it until I was about 7 yrs. old!
Neurologist thinks it's a form of self hypnosis??? I think it's genetic...my mother and one of my daughters have had somewhat similar experiences.

Sorry...but now that the drawer is on my mind, I may have interesting dreams! I'll let you know tomorrow!

@ SG I had a dream that I was at the same Bora Bora resort with Adam and Sauli after I had seen their vacation pics posted. I dreamt there was a Tsunami and I was helping Adam find Sauli.We found him and saved his life. I think your subconcious mind picks up suggestions from recent realities during that day or unfinished thougts, in other words, "the Power of Suggestion,that seems to program mine from time to time. Sometimes if they were really bizarre I would write them down as soon as I awakened or I would forget them. My middle daughter really has interesting ones, or did when she was younger.

It's nice you write dreams, so you can "live" them again, I like that.

I've heard about how subconcious during the day can affect your dreams, and it's true. I can't watch CSI and the go to bed!! I'll have terrible dreams.I need to see something nice or calm,but I've never heard about the unfinished thoughts, that's interesting!!So from now on all I have to do is have "dirty" thought about Adam BUT not all he way...o.k I can do that...then go to bed and I'll have the dreams that I dream about (during the day)!!::))

You're going to be so disappointed in me....last night my dream was full of lists for Christmas Eve party at my house. Cookies to bake, brownies to make....company towels all fluffy for hanging, serving trays polished, matches for candles, drink glasses sparkling, tons of ice, timing the arrival of my daughters...they're bringing the feast and last but not least..

What am I going to wear? Weather has betrayed me...No wine long sleeve shirt and wine velvet pants,
It's gonna be close to 80 degrees!If I turn up the air/conditioner all the guy's knees will freeze. Shorts are their year round
wardrobe!
