Adam Lambert was nominated for the Finnish Emma Gaala Award but he didn't win. The award went to Lauri Tähkä, a Finnish musician. Adam's rumored boyfriend Sauli Koskinen was there as a VIP guest and he mentioned that hopes that Adam wins the Emma.

Sauli Koskinen has returned back home to Finland and to home in Hyvinkää. Sauli Koskinen, who's been seen as a date of American idol star Adam Lambert, has lost the dust of America from his feet for a moment at least. On Friday he was doing work as a freelance reporter.

Next week he has his Helsinki apartment's renovation on his agenda. And maybe then it's time for America again.

He's lived in Helsinki for years, but recently he's been staying with his parents in Hyvinkää. He's also worked in his father's construction company.
Recently he's been to America on and off visiting famous singer Adam Lambert in Los Angeles. They've been seen together in Disneyland and Bora Bora.

The couple's possible relationship has been one of the hot topics in the world for weeks. Neither one has confirmed the possibility of a relationship.

Sauli Koskinen's father, who lives in Hyvinkää, has given Helsingin Sanomat's NYT edition a positive statement on Adam, though he hasn't met the man yet.

THR: Speaking of Idol, what's your impression of Adam Lambert?

George: He came to a party I had in London and was lovely. I think he has a great voice and an incredible range. It's phenomenal. It's special. And I think the glam thing adds to that. It gives him an edge.

THR: Since Idol, Adam has been pretty open about his sexuality, do you wish you could have been more up front about yours at the height of your career?

George: I think you do things in your own time. My family knew I was gay when I was 15, long before I got famous. But it's a very different thing coming out to your family and coming out to the universe. That's a big step. Maybe without me, there wouldn't be Adam Lambert. Without Bowie there, wouldn't be me. Without Quentin Crisp, there wouldn't have been Bowie. So everything is part of a big daisy chain. I think I did what I did at the time. I think it was powerful in some respect. A lot of people come up to me all the time and say thank you for helping me to be who I am. So my thing wasn't just about sexuality. My thing was about anyone who felt different; anyone who felt out of place. Being gay was one part of it.

1) How has this sudden rise to fame been?
It's weird, to call it fame kind of depends on who you ask... Whatever it is, it's been amazing! I've worked hard in bands trying to make it and live as a musician and it wasn't easy at all. I never gave up because I knew it would happen someday. A lot of people close to me picked at me and gave me a lot of shit for not going to college, getting a "real job" and "acting my age". I never let it get to me. If anything, it pushed me harder to prove them wrong. It's a great feeling actually! I am very appreciative for what I have today.

2) If you had to pick 9 people (dead or alive) to have dinner with whom would they be?
Hmmm..... would be Clint Eastwood, Hunter S. Thompson, John Wayne, Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jim Morrison, Robert Smith and Samuel Jackson. That would be an odd dinner party, haha.
