Yay, no more glitter.
Smart move Adam.

This obviouslly was done before the official release date of TRESPASSING and now the cancellation of the Queen concert in England this July. But Adam is just so great to listen to. He makes me smile. Adam Levine, who? There is only one Adam I care about and that is Lambert. This interview shows the fun, playful side of Adam, I am also glad that the glitter is gone. I love his fresh, clean, stylish look and cut of his hair now. We have a new album, a new look, a new love in his life and a more content, focused, mature Adam Lambert. I think in respect to all these talent shows, Adam set the bar so high during season 8 of American Idol, that I find it difficult to see anyone else on any show coming close to his vocal talent and stage presence. He just has the "IT" factor that no one else comes close to possessing. But all these shows do present a platform for these young performers that they otherwise might never have had and hopefully provide a career opportunity for their future. It certainly did that for Adam.

Adam LAMBERT was #1 on my google search results in 2009, 2010 and 2011. It's just recently (in his hyatus period) that his name comes after Adam Sandler.

Adam Lambert should have replied that Maroon 5 (A. Levine) has been together since 2002, Adam Sandler since the late 1980s while he has debuted his first CD in late 2009!! Not too shabby for a guy who has been out of the public eye for the past 1½ years writing and producing his second album Trespassing.

So agree with you Anon. 12:54 - Adam definitely set the bar so high, even tho I do find myself liking 'The Voice" - but not Idol. re: getting rid of the glitter - I so understand what Adam was saying about it getting everywhere. I took my granddaughter to his last show of GNT in L.A. and we got all glittered up for the show. Well, there is now glitter PERMANENTLY imbedded in the steering wheel of my car! Every time my granddaughter gets in my car, we laugh when she sees the glitter in my steering wheel. Provides great memories! LL

Adam Lambert is the only Adam I ever googled! I love Adam's sense of humor, "Adam Levine doesn't know who I am, but he knows now" and laughs because all the Glamberts gave Levine a piece of you know what! I will give Levine some credit because he did eat crow on national T.V. and he said he envied Adam Lambert's fans for telling him (Levine) off and he wished he had fans like us. You can bet if he never heard our Adam sing, he went and "listened" and felt like a jackass. Adam Levine - not like Adam Lambert in the voice, looks, brains, and class department. Actually, I've come to like Levine somewhat from watching "The Voice", but he's not in Adam Lambert's universe. Just my opinion. Adam Lambert is THE VOICE! nancdruuu2

When asked about being the front man of Queen, Adam answered that yes he'd be for one night. At that time nobody would have known that was indeed the right answer. He should still be on for the Moscow gig which now turns out as the event instead of a kind of warm-up rehearsal. This is what I experience, a lot of times myself; where I say something totally unknown to me at the time and then it plays out. Yea could be coincidence; but maybe some kind of 'clairvoyance'. It happens to me quite often and now I even tell myself, hey it might happen whenever something subconsciously drops out of me from out of the blue. :)

WHAT WHAT WHAT is going on with Queen/Sonisphere???? WHAT??? Is the whole concert cancelled?? Or just Adam not appearing with Queen???

WHAT happened???? Heard it on the radio in Boston this A.M.... and even worse news, or AS bad... BTIKM had made it up to 24 from he 30 spot on the countdown--- it's now OFF the countdown!!!!!

the whole Sonisphere festival was cancelled, in fact I think several of them were. As far as we know the Moscow concert is still going ahead, and from reading tweets it looks like queen are looking into an 'alternative'.

Really appreciate your response. I've been so upset and frustrated not knowing, no info and no time to investigate to find out.
I'm actually relieved to find out it was the WHOLE thing, not just Adam.

Hopfully it will work out for the better...

it sounds from the statement from the Sonisphere organisers that they were in trouble even before the acts were announced.
I'm hoping that Queen and Adam could do a concert the same night just them, that would be great as although I was really looking forward to the festival I was only going to see Adam and Queen, not interested in any of the others.
So maybe it will work out for the better...here's hoping.
