Hope it's okay ... I'm going to add my thought about the concert here:

Pittsburgh Pride got it RIGHT with the sound balance between the band and Adam's vocals.
SO HAPPY!!

Often the background is a bit too loud to hear all the beauty and nuance in Adam's voice.
Wow, such a difference. Just Perfect! I hope Adam and his sound people take note so that all future concerts come out this clear and amazing. I'm sure it's not so simple, but a great goal.

ADAM, YOU WERE A ROCK GOD AT PITTSBURGH PRIDE!

Following three sold-out nights at London's Hammersmith Apollo last summer, May also disclosed plans to do another Queen show with Adam Lambert as their frontman.

"We are talking about doing something with Adam, probably for TV," he revealed to us.

"He's an amazing artist and a very nice guy. We keep in touch and have a good friendship.

"We're not talking about touring yet, but we are talking about doing an event."

Wow, wouldn't that be a spectacualr event if Queen and Adam got together for a tv special. If they can't or don't tour, this is the next best thing. Let's hope it happens and soon, at least before the year is over.

I love the "We're not talking about touring yet, but we are talking about doing an event." part. With the emphasis on "YET"....

Hoping.........

Queen hasn't had much luck with U.S. before, so maybe they would like to test the waters with a TV show, and see how Americans react to them with Adam. If all goes well, then they might consider a tour with Adam I thought Adam had a big secret he couldn't share yet. He will prolly spend some time in UK with Queen if this comes to fruition. We can only hope and pray, that this is more than a thought. I am assuming they are talking about American TV, but UK TV would be good too.

I guess I am jumping the gun by assuming TV, but an "event" is prolly at a stadium.

Brian May said "probably for TV..." so safe to assume that would be the case...but as far as the venue....hard to say. Guessing UK TV???

I could hardly believe it , but Brian is also collaborating with PSY, they already had brunch together. WOW what a contrast between Brian, Adam and PSY. Psy might be collaborating for just a couple of songs. But my mouth is still open, what?????

Queen I thought was very popular in USA in their time with Freddie. Am I wrong. They were one of my all time favorite bands along Side Stones and Bowie. I would love to see them on TV together again. I would tra to see them in concert. The you tubes were utrageous. Epic

Brian made the comment about not doing well in US. Of course that must have been quite a few years ago.

Brian May first mentioned on twitter a Psy collaboration almost two months ago..I asked him if there might be also be an Adam Lambert collaboration..and he actually answered my tweet (!!!)..and said something to the effect that "you never know what might happen...." So now we know that he will "probably" be doing some sort of an "event"... and who knows what else... So COOL!!!!

Queen did well in the US for a certain number of years before the early 1980's but for various reasons their music didn't do well after that for a time and they ceased touring in the US. They've since toured here, with Paul Rogers for instance, and their music is of course considered to be classic rock now..

Excellent documentary produced in 2012 "Queen - Days Of Our Lives - Complete Documentary" chronicles their story...2 hours, here on You Tube. I watched it on PBS last year and it's also available at Amazon.com etc...

glitzylady. I was reading you and Brian's tweets at the time and thought something was going to be up with them. I forgot about it and wham I read this today. I kind of hope it is something in the UK don't ask me why.
