Adam and Fergie have had mutual respect and admiration for years...if my memory serves me right...

Yes, I remember when Adam was on AI, they shared a moment of mutual admiration when she approached him ( I think backstage, gave him a hug, and told him how much she liked him ( his singing) and he returned the complement ... I'm sure I remember this during an Adam interview long ago. In any case, this baby shower sounds amazing and Adam can get tips on what to buy fom Scarlett Cherry or Allison Porter, two of his closest friends and new mamas.

JAK your idea is perfect. Who ever thought Adam would be spending Sunday afternoon at a baby shower with A Listers? So take that all you people who complain about where Adam spends his free time!! BTW we know it's a boy, so the gloves and booties should be blue.

Love your gift ideas, JAK! Perfect selections for Adam to give! I LOVE how Adam is invited with so many A-listers. It's really important to "know" people and to be accepted in an elite group, esp. in show business. Adam is definately in that group. To know him to love him. He really networks well. I've always wanted him to get to know Elton John better. Elton seemed to really like Adam at that party he gave a few years ago. Hope we get some pix from the shower. GO ADAM!

Adam has socialized with, been interviewed by and attended parties with several on the list. So, I'm sure he will be comfortable with all those people and, yes, being on such an A-List of attendees will be great for Adam!

These are Adam's kind of people, fun-loving, talented, open-minded. I'm so glad he was invited. I love Fergie, Cher, Elton, Neil, and it should be fun. But I would sweat over what to buy the kid. I'm sure Adam has some good ideas.

What brings to mind is when Adam was on AI8, Seacrest would always make sure he would position the Kardashians at the back of the Lamberts in the crowd.
Who would ever think they would run their way to the bank with no talents except the vision of a Seacrest.
After all, the two Simons of Idol and XFactor, it's Ryan who is the real star maker comparatively having a whole clan become stars and multi-millionaires and making his way as well all the way to the bank.

I like the gift idea JAK so hilariously put out there; however I highly doubt Adam would give anything pink or blue (the regular baby colours, yak)... black, purple/lila, tourqouise, all peacock colours (lol)...

Top notch celebrities are not necessarily an interesting company. Your neighbors may be funnier, smarter or have better personalities. I've seen some pretty dull celebrities in interviews. However I would like to be in a conversation with Adam and Cher!

I'd love to hear Adam cover some of Cher's songs. The ones she really belted out. I Believe and Turn Back Time.
Loved his take on Idol audition, but would like to hear it full pounding disco beat.
