I know what the word means but can someone tell me where the word came from? Is it a combination of 2 words or am I just over analizing it? . . . Adamluv

@1:34 PM Yeah, You're probably over analyzing it. It basically slang and, as one who uses his fair share of slang, I can tell you that most slang is hardly ever subject to conventional etymologies. It's not a new word by any means, I've been hearing it since the early 2000s (and it was spelled differently, too). Anything anyone could tell you about where is came from is probably speculation by people who think they can reverse-engineer the word. Don't even bother thinking about it. Wherever it came from, it's here now.

And I pray he does.positive comments will encourage him,negative(nay sayers) comments should fire him to prove them wrong.

All of you are probably tired of reading this too: Idol is still looking for that third judge. Personally I would love to see Adam on the show, but I guess at this point, it is not going to happen because of his other commitments esp. Glee. In the past he has said he would love to be a judge, but nothing ever happened with that. Now they seem to be scurrying around for someone after all the rejections and turn downs. Didn't the producers have enough time to find someone and work it out since the previous season ended? With JLo's outrageous salary they probably can't afford another major celeb judge. Maybe having Adam selected at this time would seem like an afterthought and Adam doesn't need to be a fifth or sixth choice now that I think about. But I definitely want to see him as a mentor on the show or performing if he has a new single and album by the end of next season's show.

@4:58 - I'm tired of hearing "are you having fun?" too..but I guess it has just become his signature line at his concerts..we expect him to say it..and he only says it once (I think)..

I can't wait to hear him say it again live.

I rather like HCJ I think he would be a fine judge.
