Adam Lambert Album: To Be Released Under New Label; Singer Promises New Sound and Direction
The Adam Lambert album 2014 promised release date may come
out later than sooner expected by fans. As things now stand, the singer
has parted ways with RCA Records and has just signed up with a new
label. In a talk with Ryan Seacrest just last month, according to a
Billboard report, Lambert revealed: "I'm not going to say too much
because I try to keep things under wraps. I'm working on this album I'm
really excited about it. I got signed to another label, which I'm not
going to reveal right now, but it's a really good deal and it's a good
project. I'm working with an amazing executive producer."
The 32-year-old pop artist left RCA July last year
following the release of "Trespassing." In terms of commerce, the second
Adam Lambert album sales performance was phenomenal, reaching number
one on the Billboard 200 chart as well as the top of the iTunes album
chart, and selling close to 78,000 copies, on its debut day. Critically,
the "Trespassing" Adam Lambert album reviews were almost unanimously
positive. It was among the best albums of the year Rolling Stone,
People, and Ryan Seacrest.com. Among the Adam Lambert songs listed in
the track are the often played "Trespassing," Better Than I Know
Myself," and "Never Close Our Eyes" songs.
