Apparently this is a zodiac clock of some kind. Very beautiful. Adam seems to be having a good time in Venice.

Looks so different from the USA. I realize it is very old, but quite beautiful scenery. Hope his boat wasn't traveling quite that fast. But he got some great pictures.

Venice is a beautiful, historic place. Great to see him enjoy some days off with some italian friends.

It's an astronomical clock, part of St. Mark's clock tower. It's hard to see in the bright light of Adam's photo but there are also numbers around the face and the clock tells time as well as the astrological time.

Here is a link to a pic if you want to see the whole clock tower, with probably a summer horde of tourists ;)

Luv Luv Luv Venice!!!
Visited in the late 70s!!!
So so Romantic & the island Lido with the casino is just simply out of Sophia Loren's classic Hollywood movies. For me being 1st time in Venice than, still a beautiful historic city to visit.
Italy one of my fave spot in Europe!!! so so much ART every where:)
Adam definetly enjoy his Venice getaway!!!:):):)

Adam posted one more beautiful picture on his Instagram acct of the front of a beautiful building and also one more that his friend took of the 4 guys but fortunately I'd already posted it on its own, more recent thread. Working today so will post later today if Admin Fan doesn't get to it before I do...

Hi Sistah Virgo @naupaka18!

Same here, love Italy and visited Venice for the first time in late 70's, too! Lido was a must, the casino, the beach...Have a swimming suit pic hidden somewhere...Wonder where did the years (and that figure!) go... lol!

Love following Adam! Obviously he's been a world citizen from a very young age, appreciates people, art, architecture, feels comfortable in different cultures etc.

Take care of your vir...tual self, dear!

Well, so much for the relaxing boat ride. Lol. The way all of you talk about Venice, it makes me really want to get there someday. Isn't that where George Clooney got married?

Anon.7:58 PM.....yes, George and Amal were married in Venice...a perfect place...

If you ever plan a trip to Europe, do include Venice IF....
you love history, architecture, art, romance, exquisite palazzos which have been turned into enchanting hotels. museums and if you don't get queasy in a boat.

At sunset all the buildings and canals reflect the pink and gold sky and you are in a fairytale.
