The Another Lonely Night picture is a favourite of mine; looking so handsome from every angle. Hey Adam...Don't be skeeered of Singapore. We are actually a rather funny, at times strange bunch of people; they speak funny even to a born/bred Singaporean like me. Those signing petitions against you do not have the real Singapore spirit; they may have been misled or being used even.
You know better Adam! You've been here 3 times, and even acted as a marriage-go-between by holding up a piece of paper that read: 'Say Yes" for the studio guy interviewing you. The Sing NYE Countdown will be the 4th time you grace our stage; the biggest this time; you are actually singing from a very huge Floating Platform anchored into the seabed by steel infrastructure. And believe you me...Not even a hair on your chiny-chin-chin will be harmed!
Alas, my daughter who went with me to your Trespassing concert, is not with me this time round and I need her with me to jostle through the expected 30,000...so not going, but will scrutinise your every move and note ! on our live telecast...See you anyway!

Ahh, when Randy Jackson said: Don't be skeeered...at his AI audition...
Adam's reply was: I'm not skeeered...
I bet it's the same reply to my exhortation as well. lwl!

Another Lonely Night in Singapore
Kicks-start Adam's Original High
Adam says he's going to give us a surprise
Doesn't he always...
Cuz he's Born To Be Wild
So appropriate...the fireworks
Mixed with shimmering stars in the sky
Singing on a Floating Stage for the first time
Some sort of Hawaii 5-O style lwl!

I'm just envisaging...some years in the foreseeable future...same sex marriage will be legalised in Singapore; in fact the law on illegal same sex marriage was laid down during British Colonial Singapore. High time Singapore reverses that...why not, as long as they are decent couples who love each other and also our country needs babies...it's all hands on deck by any loving couple. In fact, Lee Kuan Yew stated very clearly he had no qualms with gay people and emphasised they are very talented. And that's why no one, repeat no one has actually been questioned nor arrested regarding any gay issues.
Singapore has arrived to this vibrant stage because we are a pragmatic nation...firmly set by Lee Kuan Yew and now Singapore soldiers on his legacy, led by present Government headed by our dear PM Lee Hsien Loong.
Lee Kuan Yew was asked before he passed on if he would want a statue monument of him erected. Well, surprise surprise...his answer was a definitive no! He said if Singapore carries on to succeed based on his legacies, that would be more than gratifying. He also said: Look what happened to the ancient monuments/statues...
But Tamil Nadu a Province in India has started works on building a brass monument/statue and a Museum in memory of Lee Kuan Yew. He touched their hearts; he was there for them; he allowed many Tamil workers into Singapore and these families sent back remittances to their poverty-stricken families in Tamil Nadu which has since become a prosperous Indian Province. The people there revere, love him; he changed their lot. They held their funeral procession of Lee Kuan Yew on the same day we did in Singapore; very touching from people so far away, yet so close.
