Is that a new shirt, or the one where he sang "Faith"? I really like him in black and white. Love the cleaner look, he looks younger, which is not all bad.

Anne Marie, I think it is the same shirt from when he sang Faith. And no mustache! He usually looks great in hats, too, and this one is no exception. He looks very sexy in it.

Does anyone know how much an OZ X-Factor judge earns. In the US the public always seems to know these things, and different judges earn different amounts, I doubt that OZ pays as much as they do in the US, but I am sure it is good, and the exposure is priceless. I am pretty sure they pay for all of his flights and where he is staying. Actually a very nice and pleasurable gig for Adam.

I think he's making a good chunk of change doing the XF judging. And he's getting good exposure, too.

He still has a beard albeit a smaller beard. You could see it on Monday night at The X FactorAU show where this photo was taken. Maybe he'll grow it bigger again or shave it off completely.

Re the X Factor AU judges salaries: nothing out there re this year's judges, but in 2014 the compensation ranged from $2.5 million to $1.25 mlllion, depending on the judge...
