"Queen + Adam Lambert To Headline TRNSMT Festival In Scotland Scotland's TRNSMT Festival Confirm Final Headliner 2018 Event - Rock Legends Queen + Adam Lambert Join TRNSMT Line-Up GENERAL SALE 9AM FRI 9TH MARCH @ www.trnsmtfest.com One of the biggest rock attractions in the world, Queen + Adam Lambert complete TRNSMT 2018 headliners, joining Stereophonics, Liam Gallagher, Arctic Monkeys and The Killers for 5 days of music this summer The ultimate destination for world-class music in Scotland this summer, TRNSMT Festival have announced their final 2018 headliners with the addition of one of the most influential and iconic bands of all time, Queen + Adam Lambert, headlining Friday 6th July at Glasgow Green with Texas and The Darkness also confirmed to join the bill. Queen + Adam Lambert’s appearance at TRNSMT is the only show the band are to perform in the UK this summer outside of their three earlier sold-out London concerts. Geoff Ellis, Head of DF Concerts said: “We are absolutely delighted to announce the addition of Queen + Adam Lambert to the TRNSMT line-up as the final headliner across the two weekends. As bona fide music legends, Queen + Adam Lambert’s TRNSMT show promises to be a spectacular highlight in Scotland’s music calendar this summer - I’m sure the atmosphere will be electric when they step on stage. Today’s announcement completes the headliners for all five days of TRNSMT Festival, with the rest of the bill being finalised over the coming weeks”."

QAL is the gift that just keeps on giving. It is the experience of a lifetime for Adam and for US! When its end finally comes, it will leave a huge void in the music world, but thank God its rebirth happened, due to the genius of Adam Lambert!
And this TRNSMT FESTIVAL is a huge gig to be a part of. Huge audiences. New Glamberts will be born.

If QAL does not release some DVD's of their performances for their devoted fans it will be a SIN! There must be some PERMANENT record for posterity of this magnificent collaberation......for Queen's legacy, for QAL's legacy...for Adam's legacy!
Many fans clamor for NEW music, but I say...PRESERVE THESE PRECIOUS PERFORMANCES FIRST, they are priceless!
I cannot believe they will never memorialize this astounding "phoenix" of a band...perhaps the greatest ever! What a loss that would be to the world...to us...to Adam!
I would love a really good QAL DVD, too. I think they'd sell millions. QAL has been a real "moment" in musical history. I can think of another classic rock band that was reaching its "end" to come back with such a vengeance, filling arenas again world-wide. It's a perfect storm of talent, guts and sheer love of performing great music.
