Adam Lambert thinks highly of Rami Malek's portrayal of Freddie Mercury in the upcoming biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody. The 36-year-old singer -- who has been performing with Queen since 2011, and touring with the band since 2014 -- would be considered an ideal choice to play the glam rock band's frontman. However, Lambert told ET's Keltie Knight that Malek is the perfect person to take on the role. "I don't look like Freddie. I don't sound like Freddie. I sound like me," Lambert explained when asked why he didn't land the gig. "Rami looks amazing. He's a great actor. From what I understand, they used pieces of actual studio recording of Freddie and Marc Martel, who is an impersonator of Freddie Mercury, to do some of the other vocal stuff. So it's really about recreating Freddie. So no, it wouldn't have been me."

Stay tuned?? What for?? It wasn't televised 8/20/2018 as we thought .. I sat there for 1/2 hour waiting to see/hear ADAM's interview .. nada/nothing!! Wasted 1/2 hour on unimportant celebs .. just to make sure I wouldn't miss ADAM .. never left my chair & hubby stayed out of the room .. all in vain!!
I hope someone posts it on Ytube be/cz TV is very unreliable ... not wasting any more time!!

I found this info on my on screen TV cable guide ... tomorrow Wednesday Aug. 22, 2018 .. following GMA on WKBW cable channel 7 @ 9 AM ET ... on the Kelly & Ryan TV show ... **ADAM LAMBERT performs** ... so taking a leap of faith here I will be watching!! Usually if it says it on the cable guide ... it happens!! This will definitely make us for yesterday's disappointment ... so enjoy Glamberts!!

Outlaw, I didn't know about that WKBW thing. Hopes it happens. This ET thing got all confusing. I guess he's supposed to be on later in the week for a "Part 2?" I dunno. I'll just keep watching here and trying to figure it out.

Never mind Lambert Outlaw, I read your comment again and realized its YOUR cable channel 7. Mine is on ABC (channel 7). Kelly and Ryan is probably a repeat because everyone. Is on vacation. However If I remember I'll try to get up early ( I'm NOT a morning person) and check it out. Thanks
Kelly and Ryan is a pieced together repeat. But the ET thing is still MIA. So hope it shows up.
Well, sure glad I checked in here. I had taped the show and was SO disappointed that Adam wasn't on it. What happened??
