Adam posted an assortment of photos on his Instagram Stories tonight.. And wow! One is a truly stunning photo of Adam and his boyfriend Javi Costa Polo from the night before, riding in a car together before or after their visit to Adam's friend Alisan Porter's gig at the Hotel Cafe.
