I've often wondered why Adam didn't buy a house at the beach. Wow! That's the first place I would have headed if I had unlimited funds!

I’d love a beach house but my lake house is flooded and I don’t like that!!! Thankfully he water’s not in the house but I have to wear waders to get to my car !!!! I always love to see Adam relaxing... I kinda vicariously relax with him.

Did you all click on the link the The Little Beach House? Very nice! Fun to look thru the pics and info. And to think that Adam has access to all the SOHO houses around the world. I wonder how many he has been too.

Nanbert, Adam doesn't have unlimited money. He is comfortably rich. He bought what he felt he could afford, and got it at a bargain price. Buy buying where he did , he has twice the size as a beach house. Also he has never been a beach person , he burns too easily. I think he took Javi to a club there for lunch as a treat, and spent the day . I think Javi likes to lay out in the sun, Adam never does. There have been several pics of Javi by himself in the garden by the pool at their home. One of Adams greatest pleasures is shopping, and there I don't think he even looks at price tags. I had to laugh at the pic of him and Javi test driving a sports car. Definitely a dream car in Javi's eyes, as it would be in any young man's eyes in their 20's. I would be very surprised if Adam actually bought one or leased one. Adam being older has so far leased conservative cars, be they expensive ones.

annemarie....Well, maybe not in your eyes, but certainly in mine....considering the cost of his two houses. Did he sell the first yet? I was thinking the value of the two would pay for a nice beach house. But I'm only projecting my own wishes, because the most soothing thing in the world (to me) is looking out over water, and listening to it.

I know, beachfront property would maybe be prohibitive, even for Adam....but I'd be happier in 1/2 the size on the water vs. a larger one on the land. But that's just me! LOL

Also, Adam would need a LOT more closet space than I do, haha!

BTW...Do you think it possible that Adam was looking at sports cars for Javi...not himself?
