Adam Lambert "Believe" Is Now #2 On iTunes Pop Chart After 'The Voice' Appearance

Adam Lambert appeared on NBC's The Voice finale on December 17, 2019 and sang a duet of his recent release "Believe" with contestant Katie Kadan and the track zoomed up the iTunes Pop Chart to #2!

BTW, notice who falls just below Adam at #3: a great band, but one whose lead singer (also an 'Adam L.') was a previous judge on The Voice and shaded our Adam several seasons back.

And now... who's shading who?

Loving every second of it. There has been so much talk and feedback of Adam's performance of "Believe" on the Kennedy Center Honors last year. It's all been positive. Adam's version of this iconic song will be remembered many, many years to come.

The response is awesome. Especially considering the show was about winning the Voice.
Adam just posted the video on his twitter account for the second time. Let's keep the momentum going and growing.

I wasn't that fond of the performance last night, that's just me. What I am glad about is that people are finally taking notice of Adam's voice. His own rendition will probably surprise a lot of people because it is perfect. By the way, I went to the Cher concert on the 13th. Niel Rogers was the opening act. It was good, but a little too long. Cher was terrific, the girl can sing and tell jokes. She talked about what her life was like when she first came into the business. It was fun watching the audience. There was a good mix of old and young. Lots of glitter and bell bottom pants.

SO thrilled about the boost in Adam's place on the charts with Believe and Velvet! He's got to be thrilled! That's what these performances are all about. Exposure exposure exposure. New eyes seeing Adam.

Katie has a great blues voice but her depth and clarity are not even close to Adam's. But I'm sure she's very good at what she does. I love blues singers with husky voices. Very emotional! So, she came in third???? Oh well, wish her luck. Adam sure got his money's worth out of that performance!

Believe is 2 still. Velvet album side A
27. But guess what the very best of Adam Lambert is 47 pop album. I've got lots to do grandkids Christmas stuff ect to do. I'm in pain I'm grouchy and the scrooge syndrome is coming on rapidly.
But so pleased to see this for Adam I'm not sure he cares about the RCA album. However it is getting Adam's work out there. Guess I'll try and calm down
Now. Adam will be on again Sunday should be continued promotion.

His duet last night did put him out there. So many missed his performance last year at the Kennedy Center Honors. Adam is a musical genius. He can take a song and twist it, slow it down and turn it inside out while making a it a masterpiece.

Completely agree with the above comments. No one is like Adam. You bet he is genius at what he does. Adam's Kennedy Center Believe is just exquisite. The recording is so good that it's so close to the performance people now buying and streaming will see that.
However there is nothing like Adam doing this live both the song and Adam are so beautiful. For me no one is like Adam. You are not going to beat Adam doing this alone. However this duet is working great for him right now and no one deserves it more than Adam!

That is great Patricia. Velvets 22, Believe 3. The best of Adam L 38 pop.
Now I got to get stuff done. But cannot wait until Sunday.

We'll see what happens with Katie over time. The Voice's track record is not too good when it comes to producing major stars. But she just might break through. Singing with Adam sure didn't hurt!

I don't believe this has been posted yet. It is a Great write-up.
"...most impressive about Lambert is that he didn't upstage her."

Great reviews all around for Adam's and Katie's Voice duet! Just like Adam 10 yeas ago, many Voice viewers/fans are furious that Katie didn't win, that once again a "country singer" won! Many claiming to never watch The Voice again, that America is afraid of change ( just sticking with the same mediocre singer)! The other female singer Rose landed in 4th place behind Katie, also with a powerhouse voice! I am excited that "Belive" is doing incredible on the music charts! I suspect many viewers never saw or heard Adam's ballad version and fell in love with it! It was reported 9 million people saw the finale, a bit higher in the ratings for the Voice and the top television program of the night! All the critics and regular folks like us gave Adam "high praises" for his graciousness in letting Katie shine! One critic said " it's a testament to Adam's talent and artistry"! Adam is a true gentleman!!! Much luck to Katie with her singing career and yes it was mentioned by many how Adam came on The Voice because Adam Levine isn't on it, and yes he did shade Adam, I saw that episode, wanted to punch his face!

To the statement about letting Katie shine is "a testament to Adam's talent and artistry", I would like to add it's also a testament to Adam's character.

Also the other day I read that "Please Come Home For Christmas" now has 3 million streams on Spotify and that it's the most streamed out of all the other new Holiday songs.
