Couple things came to mind as I watched the video. First, he seems happy with his management. Sometimes, when things seem "slow," we wonder if there are any plans being made for new things for Adam. Sometimes we don't hear anything for quite a while. But Adam says that he loves his management team. There are sure lots of things that he's been working on. And they are really varied. Animated series with a recurring character. The musical he talks about a lot. The judging gigs (that he is very good at, BTW). And now he's back home and he'll be on The Today show and he's got his Vegas gigs back! Yay!

The other thing is his honesty about his weight. He says he's lost some, and he is having food sent in. So he's working on it. But what struck me was when he said he's not as hard on himself as he used to be. That says to me that it was a real struggle for him to be thin (and we have seen him very thin). He had to work on it every day. He seems to have eased up a bit about that, and that may be a good thing. I think he'll look fit and healthy for Vegas and for next year's tour. But it sounds like he's not going to torture himself in order to be thin. I just mention this because he's a very thoughtful, introspective person. He knows his looks are important in his career, but he's got a reasonable outlook about it.

So excited about all the projects yet to come!

Adam is tall so it's not that big of a deal if he's a few extra pounds. It's up to him to see. And I'm glad he agrees with himself on the subject and isn't swayed by the critics. He really looks good in his body and in his head. It's nice to see.
