Dee, I had checked the Ticketmaster seating map for several of the nights maybe about a month ago and, yes, all shows selling really, really well — and that included the, at that time, one Wednesday show, as opposed to the weekend — well, in the summertime, all days of the week are busy. And I'm sure the new date, which is a Wednesday, is going like hotcakes — more proof that the show is doing well.
The other thing ... I used to live in Vegas and work on shows there. Any show that's, for example, on a Saturday, may not be full even the Monday before, but that's no worry for the producers — a huge percentage of sales occurs on the two days prior, one day prior and even day of for a lot of shows there. People come there and look at the Vegas entertainment magazines and decide then, last minute. The only problem with Adam, however (and Elton and Cher and Gaga, et al), is that he has such a huge fan base that a large chunk of seats have well been sold months ahead. So folks who happen to be visiting Vegas and discover Adam is performing and want to go see him MAY be disappointed that they can't get tickets or will be forced to fork over huge dollars to Ticketmaster's resale program or outside ticket sellers. But it's all good for Adam!
Broddy, I've learned a lot about tickets and venues and ordering since I've been an Adam fan. You really have first-hand experience with it all. Tourists in Vegas do come and often decide on-the-spot what shows they want to see. How much they'll pay depends on how much they want to see someone. I hope that Adam pretty much fills this venue every night. Even the biggest acts have an empty seat here and there. I want his crowds to be excited and really into it. Finger crossed that the sales keep going strong.
Looks like Tales Dark and Grimm in premiering October 4. That's coming up very soon! Adam Gidwitz, who I think is the producer ? is singing Adam Lambert's praises for his Devil character.
Correction. The Tales Dark and Grimm is not premiering on Oct. 4. It will premiere in the fourth Quarter of this year. That's what the "Q" is. Anyway, the show is on its way before the end of the year. Lino chimed in after Gidwitz's comments and said he agreed that Adam L. is fantastic. Lino wants to work with Adam again and I hope it happens!
Adam Gidwitz @AdamGidwitz · 2h What the article doesn't say is that Adam Lambert is UNBELIEVABLY good in this. I mean, you love him so you'll believe it. But I want to work with him on everything I do from now until I die after this performance. He makes every scene he's in.
Lino DiSalvo @LinoD · 2h haha, i feel the same way. Congrats on the show Adam!
thanks for adding that info, Patria. I read it but got interrupted before I could post it. I love when Adam get great praise from those who are actually working the business and know and great talent when they see one. Hope Adam does another project with Lino like Lino says he will. And Gidwtiz has definitely hopped on the Lambert train, too. Hope lots more collabs to come!
I had missed Adam's live Ig but thank God Adam or some Glambert records it. I am not constantly on my phone, I'll go crazy if I was so sometimes I miss his Igs and other times I luck out.

He sounds excited to be back performing again soon! Hope the Vegas tickets continue to sell well and maybe he'll even have virtual tickets, too.
Lots of good stuff on the horizon!
