Exactly one year ago, we were introduced to Adam Lambert on American Idol! Time sure flies fast! Here is Adam's first major performance on American Idol. Enjoy!

It was the one after this one that did it for me - the second performance of "Satisfaction". I liked this one, but the one on elimination night had me standing with my mouth open. I couldn't believe how good he was. That was the moment I became a fan for life. And he has added so much excitement to this last year and his music has helped me get through some hard times. I even went to one of the tour concerts. Never thought I would be caught dead at an American Idol concert, but I wasn't going to miss Adam! I've never felt this way about a celebrity before. But he has everything - talent, looks, and something I didn't expect, the sweetest, most dynamic personality to come along in years!
Adam has it all. The "IT" factor in every way, but I agree with Barry Manilo...Just please sing. The songs and movements like on the tour were enough to thrill even us 70 year olds...We don't need much more than that...Your voice is enough to carry you on long journey. We love you and want you to succeed.
What a moment in American Idol history. This was the night thousands of women jumped off their sofas and fell in love with Adam Lambert. Great year, Adam, and many more to come.
