Adam Lambert could make GLEE appearance in the fall

"Glee" has managed to lure in some of the hottest celebrities on the planet this year. After the popularity of the Madonna-themed episode, stars like Britney Spears and Jennifer Lopez began considering roles on the hit Fox comedy. And now, stars like Susan Boyle, Adam Lambert and Justin Bieber have been considered about roles for the fall season.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Susan Boyle will be making an appearance on "Glee" for a special Christmas episode. But don't expect to see the "Britain’s Got Talent" runner-up playing a teacher or glee club coach. Boyle will be working in a less glamorous role when the show returns to Fox's fall lineup on Tuesday nights.
But what kind of role do the writers have in mind for the famous singer? “I have two words for you: Lunch. Lady,” says "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy. “I think Kurt would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don’t even know if she’s interested but it’s been pitched.”
As for a guest appearance by the teen pop star Justin Bieber, the cast of "Glee" has mixed feelings. Actor Matthew Morrison revealed in a recent interview with E! News that he does not "get the Bieber fever thing". But Bieber may have one fan amongst the "Glee" cast. Cory Monteith could be pulling for the teen pop star to make an appearance in the future. "I think it would be fun," Monteith said. "What's wrong with a little Bieb? Everyone needs to be a little infected by the Biebonic plague."
Ryan Murphy admitted to approaching Adam Lambert about a guest appearance on the show. And Adam has finally given a glimmer of hope to his fans as he spoke with Lewis Bazley from In The News. When asked about a possible role in the hit Fox comedy, Lambert stated, "Possibly, yeah! If it were the right role or project, yeah."

The article forgot to mention that practically the whole cast of 'Glee' (especially Lea Michele and Chris Colfer) are glamberts! Ryan Murphy, the director has spoken out a few times about wanting Adam on his show. I really hope there's a perfect role for him this fall.

Yep, Lea Michelle has been CRAZY outspoken about wanting to work with Lambert, very complimentary.
oh, and I meant to add, that she even said she would be thrilled to work or sing with him outside of "Glee" and even outside of the professional arena. Can't remember exactly what interview that was - but it was a video one (not just audio/radio) and someone else was being interviewed with her, can't remember details - but thought it was notable that she said she would love to even sing with Lambert outside the professional arena.
I love Lea Michelle. She's been so supportive of BB. I heard they were friends way before American Idol. They were both theater actors or something.
Also, I don't get the Bieber fever. I just don't get it. I don't know anyone in real life who likes Bieber. Is it just an online thing or teenager thing?
That would be great!!!! I like Glee and would be a BLAST to see Adam on the show. Adam is SMART, it HAS to be the right thing for Adam.
And we all know he will NAIL IT!!!

this would be great for adam but he doesn't even watch glee ( he said it in an interview) and i would much rather see a cameo in gossip girl or true blood or californication which he keeps up with. there is this whole musical theatre connection with glee but I think gossip girl would fit him more currently with the right role.
It's a shame that Bieber get all this publicity and he is NO talent, sorry, He is a BIG FLUFF!!!!
There are some AMAZING AMAZING talented ppl that will NEVER get a chance and this girl sounding boy is all over. That's what the music industry is down too.

it's called tweens, he's cute, nice hair and he's been promoted to the hilt, but he can't sing, so he'll be it until the the tweenie appears.
People will forget about Justin Bieber in one year. Adam is the real deal. I saw Justin live and he is a very mediocre performer at best. I don't get all this FEVER talk as well. This world is still very closed minded. If Adam was straight, he would be 100 times more popular than he is now. But just because Adam is openly gay, many of the so called AI fans abandoned him. How lame! Adam should be the #1 best selling male of the year, not Bieber.
Gah. I'm so pissed off. I should be happy with Adam's current success but I can't help but think that Adam would have been MUCH BIGGER if people didn't care about sexuality in general.
There are lots of F#@king close minded people, so close that it blind their eyes & deafing their ears. So sad, because there are so many beautiful things in this world that's giving to us, we should embraced & appreciated every chance we get rather than spit & shit on it. We..Adam's Fans gets it.
My 8 year old daughter likes Bieber, which I can understand, but for anyone over 12 just don't get it.
As to Glee, didn't Adam say in an interview that he'd had several auditions for Glee once, but they told him he was too old. Maybe he wouldn't want to go on there now.

If he does go on the show, I hope it's a good role. I don't want to see him in the type of cameo they gave Josh Groban back when the show started. I tuned in for what turned to be a four minute cameo that was ridiculous.
I'd rather see him get the type of exposure Christine Chenewyth and Neil Patrick Harris had -a real guest ACTING role. He can do it, we know he can.

to two anons above me: really?! Adam auditioned for Glee n they told him he was too old to join... then he should join Gossip Girl.. if they hv a role for him.. plus the actors.. mostly around his age.
as for the Bieber fever... I still didn't get it either. My teenage daughter loves him a lot but I don't find anything special in that lil kid... n I told her that once that kid grows into his twenties.. he will not probably be as popular as he is now!

Adam will guest star GLEE eventually. They have to invite him. He's the biggest star on the planet (or will be). I heard Gaga is on this week.
There'll always be Biebers and Jonas Brothers etc. to fill that need for the tween set, always. Every once in a while a tween heart throb type with some real staying power emerges like a Zac Efron, who seems multi-demensional. Longevity is the issue. We shall see, but my money would be on Lambert.
As for Glee, yes, the "too old" thing is dead on. It's probably prudent of Adam to consider a Glee role only if it feel's right and is written well and makes sense, don't have a problem with him being cautious in that regard.
How funny funny funny cuz Adam auditioned for Glee and WAS TURNED DOWN!!!! oh and now they want him, hmmmm, no wonder he's playing hard to get. He does not want any playing up the gay stereotypes role so for the right role, why not, its got a big audience. as for Michele I totally love her, they need to make a movie of Jesus Christ superstar the musical and Adam and Michele need to be in it............the guy that played prince caspian wants to play jesus in that role and said he would love for Adam lambert to be judas and adam wants to play that role too.
If he's on Glee, he should be a mentor (good at that) to the confused kid. Adam always said he had no one he could look up to when he was in high school because he felt different. Wouldn't it be great if he could play someone that that kid could look up to as a confidante and roll model? It would be almost like he was going back in time and helping himself, only in reverse. It would be the quintessential art immitating life or vice versa. He could show his serious and emotional side as a teacher perhaps and that is when he should sing Broken Open and launch it as his next single.

I think Sue, the dastardly gym teacher would try to get Adam involved with the glee club competition, hoping he would be over the top, outragous,enraging the parents and judges, thinking he would be a bad influence, and instead he would foil her plan helping the students embrace who they are bringing out their unique talents with confidence, winning the competition and the parents hearts with his sweet , normal nature and message, be proud of who you are.He would look casually rockingly handsome,totally upsetting Susan. Just another idea for Adam to be on Glee. He can do anything! funbunn40
One of the funny things about Adam being too old is that the guy who plays Puck in Glee is 32. Go figure....
