Adam Lambert leaps up airplay chart

Even though Adam Lambert may not have yet cracked the coveted section of the Top 40 airplay chart with "If I Had You", he is certainly making movement in the right direction. In looking at the latest "American Idol" airplay numbers courtesy of USA Today, one thing is immediately apparent -- the third single off of "For Your Entertainment" is starting to pick up a little momentum.
After ending last week at #42 among songs performed by "Idol" alum, Adam this week is all the way up at #32. Not only is this good news, but Adam could also be set to jump up four or so places on the Top 40 chart, bringing him ever-closer to that coveted #40 position (though those numbers won't be known completely until Sunday).
Of course, Adam is still leading the "Idol" airplay chart with "Whataya Want From Me".
