I am sure this makeup artist knew he was being taped. Someone should tell him that he should probably think before he speaks, inside jokes are fine amongst friends but maybe not meant for the whole world to hear. We all have things we think are just hysterically funny in private gatherings but that might not be be meant for the public. Someone should talk to him, seems like a nice guy, but I don't think he is protecting his boss very well here.

I really don't think he said anything bad about Adam, I thought it was funny. Geeze. And I'm sure Sutan does make-up and apparently wardrobe for the entire band and the dancers, so yeah, you would be a little bit of a therapist/sounding board/resident psychic. Monte was chuckling, and he's one of Adam's good friends.
