I suppose if you're in the mile high city, you need extra oxygen to perform.

So glad someone thought ahead to provide that for Adam - Yah, it is really an issue when you have to function like a wild man within a few hours of arrival in mile high elevation. Athletes do the same thing and LAWDY was he a perfect athletic form on that Paramount stage. Whatever it takes, Adababe - you were beautiful!!

HA-I was hoping to find a picture that really represented the uniqueness of the Denver performance. Thanks 24/7 - this is precious. Look at all the Adam-paraphernalia - IPOD, headphones, cool dark glasses, pretty girl next to him and that enigmatic Smile!! - what a CUTIE!!

This is definitely Adam. I just checked the facial features. Its definitely him. I don't know what he's doing with that thing though! I don't think he needs it.

Just a little PM (preventative maintenance) to ensure a good performance. Hey, he's thinking about giving 300% or more...altitude sickness isn't fun!!!

PEOPLE stop worrying! This is something that singers need! Especially for someone like Adam who sings everything LIVE. His doctor probabaly recommended that he needs it.

It's Adam. He's wearing the same t-shirt he wore on the same day of the concert. He's also wearing an 02 patch on his nose. Altitude sickness is a very real unpleasant condition that affects people not used to the high altitude and Adam would be especially affected with the high energy needed to perform. Oh, yes! Adam doesn't have anything else to do just sit on the sofa in the hotel or dentist or... and enjoy some oxygen. I think if he really needs it he would do it in the bus or on back stage.

OT but I need help. Please. I just watched Youtube Adam Lambert Smile by jemmajemma...it's one of my favorites and I'm bawling like a baby. This man is so beautful and so vulnerable
and I have no idea why it has effected me like this. Am I loosing it? Has this happened to anyone else? Please...

What's up everyone - I'm Bergerbot and I took this picture :-) I work for Hot 107.1 in Denver. We had 4 Lucky winners that got to come to the station and get GLAM with LAM. They were treated to some R&R - Makeovers from MAC, massages, flavored oxygen and a whole sound & light experience as well as lunch and tix to the show. If you have never been in higher elevtions then you don't know how tired and short of breath you can get when you are working out even if you are in very good shape unless you are used to it and that really takes several weeks...what Adam is doing is not strange or weird.

I live in the midwest and there used to be an oxygen bar in a nearby mall. Anyone that wanted to could go in and buy flavored oxygen(kids or adults)--it was just a thing.

This is Adam for sure. He must have needed extra oxygen in order to perform that night because of the altitude. I was in Colorado last week and I know what altitude sickness feels like, it is NOT fun. Just walking around on top of a mountain for a little while can be very difficult if you are not used to the lack of oxygen. I have no doubt the performance would have been great no matter what, but Adam is probably just making sure he can make it through the whole thing at his best.

Think about it - they leave Wichita,K. at midnight (O altitude) and pull into Denver at 6,000 ft. at 10am - he performs at 8 that night. Altitude would affect ANYONE, let alone someone who has to do what he does with lungs and body. Nothing to do with age, 9:27pm. You try it!!

Ha, now Adam knows how it feels to be breathless like he does to all his Glamberts night after night.
