Adam's featured in the "On My iPod" section of the July 9/16 issue of Entertainment Weekly:::

"I'm an iTunes whore," says the singer, whose Glam Nation tour runs through Sept. 21. "I'm constantly downloading new music.. and spending way too much money." - Michael Slezak

> Sia "Her new album [We Are Born] is amazing. 'Clap Your Hands,' the single, is really catchy."

> Mike Posner "He has that 'Cooler Than Me' song. It's almost like a modern-day Rat Pack sound. Really cool."

> Christina Aguilera "I love 'Bionic,' the first song on her new album [of the same name]. It's the sexiest thing ever. People are maybe criticizing some of her [recent] visual coices, which I understand. But musically and vocally, I think she's incredibly original."

> Robyn "Love her new stuff. 'Dancing on My Own' is great. She also has a song called 'Dancehall Queen' that is so sexy. That whole reggae undercurrent -- Rihanna has that, 'Bionic' has that, and so does Robyn. There are some other guys out there who have a little of that too. B.o. B.'s album is really cool; Bruno Mars is really dope."

> Miike Snow "I know it came out last year, but the whole [self-titled] album is on repeat for me [when I need to] chill and unwind a little bit. It's catchy, it still has some tempo, but it's just... nice, you know? Have a glass of wine, take your shoes off, kick your feet up, and just breathe."

I love Christina's album. I bought it on itunes and have played it over and over again.

I don't get the hate for her. I know people are saying she's trying to copy Gaga but I think she has her own sense of style and her voice is amazing. I still love Back to Basics the most though.

I'm glad Adam and I have the same taste in music. :D

lol I don't know why I find this kind of funny.

You're right 9:43. It is funny. Adam hasn't realized he is now relatively rich!! He is too cute. He's been poor so long. It's got to be such a change and don't think he's realized it yet. Enjoy Adam, it's just the start. You can download all you want.

yeah I bet Adam will be super shocked when he sees his bank account!!

The Net Worth site posted him at $ 5 million!

^^ which site???

I remember there was an article that ranked Adam as the 4th richest American Idol alumni.

I'm sure after the tour....his net worth will increase by a lot.

I will bet this tour cost a lot. I imagine he is more than we can guess on building his career. Very expensive. It will be a while before he can count on his "bottom line". Hope he has someone he can trust to manage it for him. (???)

Isn't his dad managing his $$$? Adam is very sharp, so I'm sure that super intelligence extends to financial concerns. He will make smart investments. Money concerns should not be part of his life at this point, lucky boy.

He is sooooooooo worth every dollar he makes and many times over. But as he says it doesn't mean a thing unless you have love!! Wishing Adam much love and happiness.

Since I haven't been to a concert yet....are the ticket prices varied? Or are they all the same price? Just curious.

Hmmm.. wonder how much he's earnings now?? Can't wait to see Adam in the lists of 'The Rich n Famous' some day!!! Hope he will become one of the richest celebs!

Wish Adam every success in his music career!!!

Love u Adam!!!

Regarding concert ticket prices....our local newspaper said all tickets were $32.50. Problem is, none of those were available. I paid $450 for two tickets to Proctors theatre in Albany. There was a "handling fee" and $25 mailing fee! But, it's the only chance I have to see Adam's tour....gotta go!

Yes, I hope he's making lots of money...doing it the old fashioned way.."he's earning it"!! Probably one of the hardest working performer/artists on the scene today. Not only the number of tour stops here and soon abroad, but he pours his heart, soul and amazing body into every performance in order to give each audience the best show possible. And that he does...each one unique and innovative visually and vocally ADAMAZING!!

Was able to get tix to two concerts for the "venue box office price" of around $40 bucks or so. Was lucky I guess, from what I hear/read. Not incredibly amazing seats, but satisfactory ones.

I think it is smart of Adam to not think of himself as rich. He deserves to enjoy life for sure, but it is easy to lose so much money so fast..good for him...

Let's see, a rock star who isn't drunk or stoned for his performance, gives 200% every time and smiles a lot - that's what I call "family values"
worth teaching! (and also kind and generous in his private life)

Sometimes these ticket prices seem low to me. In
Vancouver, tickets started at $100 and most people paid at least twice that.(and sold out in 3 minutes!

I think I'm still the only one in the whole world who still prefers to buy CDs than download music....I guess I just like the physical thing in my hands.

I have attended 2 concerts and have 5 more to go.
The GA ones are too hot, crowded, and hard to see the stage unless you're in first 3 rows. However, after vowing not to go to another GA one I got a ticket for Covington. Most of my tickets have been $40-$50. The convenience fee is the one that stymies me (has been as high as $19.50 per ticket + other fees). Who gets this 'convenience' fee? Some of the venues offer VIP tickets but it's difficult to get info on how they're obtained. For Columbus they were offered to the first few in line for an extra $50. They were allowed in first and possibly were treated to a Meet & Greet. Fan club pre-sale ticket holders were allowed in next if they had the code word 'Glitter' on their ticket. Various band members and Allison have been out to the crowd before and after the two concerts I've attended (Toledo and Columbus).

I couldn't get adam official code tickets for Charlotte. They were gone before they were supposed to be on sale.I don't know what it takes to get a meet and greet or fan tickets. MGF,glad you got your tickets at that price. I paid 65.00 apiece. Still even GA,worth it to see this incredible concert. Saw him tonight. I'm still not over it. funbunn40

I enjoyed seeing Adam's brief article in EW. I bought a subscription to EW when they featured
Adam on their cover before AI was over. However, since then I have not seen enough coverage of Adam to warrant renewing my subscription. I am so grateful to 24/7 for providing such great coverage of Adam.

To Mandy,

That article awhile back implied that Adam was the 4th richest Idol, but got their info from an article in Forbes that I checked out myself - and he was not 4th at all. They just picked 4 Idols to talk about. Adam was waaaay down the list.

We all know he'll be at the top after awhile, but not yet.

I agree with 6:32 am about EW's coverage (or lack of coverage)of Adam. I bought many copies of EW when Adam was on the cover and also subscribed. I have started receiving a barrage of request from EW to renew my subscription but will not due to lack of Adam Lambert coverage. His tour has been phenomenal and no coverage from EW. Their music section covers lesser talent but not Adam. My loyalty goes only with any and all magazines and websites that consistently favor Adam with positive and prolific coverage. ( I also try to avoid clicking on any site that has ever posted anything unfavorable about Adam.) On Adam's concert - if I had a ticket in Ga. or any city I would go - however, being from the Southeast I often wonder why concerts are scheduled during the hottest part of summer (and hurricane season). quinn
