"If I Had You" is #1 in Australia! Plus Sydney Show Sold Out!

After just one week, Adam Lambert has stolen Eminem's crown atop the TMN Hot 100 Airplay chart.
Adam Lambert's If I Had You finally hit #1 this week for Sony Music Entertainment, having spent eleven weeks on the chart so far.
It dislodged Eminem and Rihanna’s Love The Way You Lie from #1.
This is not the only good news from Australia. Adam's Metro show in Sydney is now sold out! (Via @ChuggEnt)

wow! glad i bought my tickets first day of pre-sale. hope they will consider larger venue to accommodate other fans. adam, the glambaussies are eagerly waiting for you.
This is great news! Way to go Australia! I am sorry for the fans who weren't able to get tix. If there is another way, like stubhub here on the secondary market, as long as they are guarateed, it is WELL worth the cost just to go. But, the better the seat the higher the price, but just DO IT! I am so glad I did or I would never have been able to go.

btw, on Channel [V] in Asia, IIHY hits #4 this week after 5 weeks on chart. Though that's a good new 'cause it climbed from #19 -> #15 -> #11 -> #8 -> #5 and now #4 in 5 weeks. Just Slow and sure.

GREAT news to wake up to. I really should go to the gym, but Adam's GOOD NEWS come FIRST!!!!
I wanted to poing out something. I know we all want Adam to BLOW the charts here and Mad that the UK is NOY YOT on board. But look at other SUPERSTARS like PINK, Shakira and I know you will find few more. They don't blow the charts here but they are HUGE in SO MANY OTHER countries around the world. PINK is HUGE in Austrelia and Germany, PPl go nuts over Shakira in Europe and Latin America. It's OK not to Blow EVERY chart as long as you blow some. Adam IS a SUPERSTAR!!!! That I KNOW FOR SURE.
I will KEEP VOTING and REQUESTIN buy I am NOT going to be UPSET, anymore, that he doesn't, yet, gets the TREATMENT he soooo DESERVES. I know in will come too.
I am going to be a good fan and support him EVERT step of the way.
Love the letter from his mom and can't wait for the new CD/DVD. I am sure it will be available for us too.

Not surprising at all. All five continents love Adam's music. Once in a blue moon, you find a country or a music critic somewhat too elitist to appreciate his talent. It's their total loss!

ADAM is adored in Australia and many of his fans have been loyal to him since the days of WICKED!...just waiting for this day to come when ADAM would be recognized in the US and all over the world! Glitter poured for the amazing Mardi Gras and it never stopped and soon the US will see a Glitter explosion clear across the Pacific when our ADAM hits this Continent soon!(with venues that totally rock!) ADAM LAMBERT ...... SUPERSTAR!
I am going ti Australia from NZ with my daughter on October 20th Sydney, so excited but bit concerned about standing only no seating as I am under 5ft.Just a thought maybe the Dvd id The Glamnation tour
