At one point a fan gives Tommy a poster that features a picture of him kissing Adam, and Tommy takes it, hugs it, and asks if he can keep it or if they want him to sign it. Doug is like, “What, you don’t have three of those already?”

Doug appeared in the background during Monte and Tommy's Ustream live chat. I think he's one of their backstage managers.
Ahh - I have heard the name "Doug" associated with Adam often, when people talk about OMRG, so I assumed that's who they were refering to. Oops!
