Any numbers on how many were in attendance at that stadium. Feel so fortunate to have seen Adam at the smaller venues. Know that won't happen again. He will be selling out the bigger places. Just glad to be along for the ride.

Apparently 32,000 people? Unconfirmed.

20CB...the drummer sets the tempo of a song. It was slower tonight by about a half a beat. How fun to get used to a new member.

I love Suz and all her hard work keeping us so happy along with 24/7. I just wish we could have heard the crowd a little bit longer to feel the love for Adam.

Issac proved to me tonight that Adam made the right choice. Way to go.................

Can't wait for more videos.

And my wish came true. more vids just popped up"))))))))

Adam crying = me crying.

I bet he was unhappy about those two incidents the past two days. :(

But i'm glad there were so many people there.

Helloooooo,I just got home from St Pete!! The show was beyond good. Please, try to imagine this, there were thousands upon thousands upon thousands in that stadium!! The stadium holds
25,000 people. I would venture to say there were at least 20,000 watching the Tampa Bay Rays Game. Propably a couple thousand, if that left after the game. (lots of eldery seasoned pass holders..) When the game was over, they pulled out the stage, using motor carts, about 10 carts pulling equipment, people and essentuals, picked the spot where the most people could view the stage and away they went. All in 20 minutes! Don't forget, this was not listed as a GLAM NATION NIGHT,but I was prepared to make the best of blue jeans and tee shirts. Just as long as I got to see Adam. Ready for this? When Allison took the stage, they set up a tent, just behind and to one side of the stage and wrapped it with black canvas. All of a sudden I saw, in the shadows, a rolling clothes hanger bringing all of Adam's costumes to the black tent.We could see every outfit! Did the crowd ever roar! Here comes GLAM NATION after all. Iknow I have mentioned it many times on 24/7 that we wanted the glam sooooo badly. If that made a difference I don't know. But all the crowd here in the Tampa Bay Area want to thank Adam for figuring out just how to get his GLAM out onto a baseball field! For each cloths change, he went into the black tent and did his thing. Thanks Adam a million times over. My throat is horse now from yelling and singing and screaming! Plus that ball game was some heck of a game. What a night. Top it all off with Mr. Adam Lambert and there you have it. OH, yea, I have to tell you that besides buying your game ticket, which was also your ticket to see Adam after the game, you could also buy a wrist band to rush the stage. They were selling those many weeks ago for 20 or 25 dollars. This past week they went to 40.00. There were hundreds upon hundreds of people with those wrist bands that rushed the stage. It was a Sea of People. I would not like to get stampeeded(?) by that many people if something went wrong. VERY IMPRESSIVE INDEED! I will never forget this night. I got my glam. Off for a little sleep now and hope I didn't bore all of you with this long script...(can't wait for an Adam tweet about all the people.

Adam, you're brilliant! No kiss for Tommy, less glitter and eye makeup for you and no lipstick on Tommy. Win over those people who came to see the Rays and the Angels play baseball with your magical voice. No need to glam it up too much tonight. Your adoring fans know who you are and what you are capable of, just grab those hangers on while you can. Again, you're brilliant. And what a show you put on. You are so ready for the big arenas and two hour concerts. Go Adam Go. We're along with you for the ride. The crowd loved you. Smile that gorgeous smile, you earned every scream, clap and whistle, magestic one.

Anonymous said...

The concert was AWESOME! I was told they sold 10.000 wrist bands and when I looked around at the seats they were pretty full I was wondering if Adam could see all those people out there The crowd was so diverse He was so so so GREAT THere were little kids there and older kids like me lol and everyone was loving him....

Anonymous said...

Thanks FloridaFan. You made me feel like I was there with your clear description. So glad you got to see a great game and ADAM LAMBERT!

I saw a wonderful game tonight on tv, too, only it was Boise State football game against Wyoming. Final score BSU - 51, Wyoming - 6. That's why our quarterback is being touted for the Heismann trophy and why BSU is ranked number 3 in the nation. Woot

Now back on topic. Adam was in great form tonight and he wowed the crowd. He's ready for the Big Time now, no doubt about it. Thanks again FF for your post.

Beautiful posts. Can't wait until 2M so I can play Suz's lovely recording. Don't want to wake the household at this late hour. I have cried at every concert hearing Soaked. Does Adam really know his power over us? I think not. It might scare him.

SUZ586 HAS BEEN WONDERFUL TO PROVIDE ALL OF THESE VIDEOS OVER THE COURSE OF THE CONCERT. THIS PERSON DESERVES A GREAT PLACE IN HEAVEN FOR DOING THIS FOR ALL OF US. THANK YOU SO MUCH AND HOPE YOU LOVED EVERY CONCERT.

Let me tell you guys what makes me cry like sweet Adam, not during Soaked but during Aftermaths, most of the times, like now:
>>> the loving way which Monte follows sweet Adam's voice with his amazing guitar's skills, his entire presence there all for sweet Adam himself, Adam Lambert his friend, Adam Lambert his star, during all wonderful 4:40 minutes, any second making sure WE ARE NOT ALONE in the aftermaths!

The Soaked pic...I know Adam trys to keep positive thoughts.....but we will never know what its like and how he really feels....just know Adam that we love you...and you are beautiful person.

Anonymous said...

@ ZZ

32000 people, ZZ? FloridaFan said the stadium holds 25000 and that probably there were 20000 for sweet Adam's venue after the game (we can see people walking around, may be on ways provided for that... I'm not used to go to stadiums, don't enjoy being in crowds, my own phobia, I'M SHY... Ha!).
Anyway, from 20000 to 32000 it's a huge difference and I'd like to get it well understood, if someone wants to enlight me about it.
And then, as much people as there were there for sweet Adam, those are the times I think God All Migthy should bless sweet Adam every single day of his brilliant career, and this just because our beautiful and shining sweet star deserves to be as blessed as the many talented gifts he bears on his wide back. And every true fan is watching his back right now, aren't we ZZ? Lol!

PS: Glamshit, ZZ... I guess I just messed all my poor English Grammar up, didn't I? Well, this is Sunday, my day off the «Hells's Kitchen», only 11:57 AM in Azores and I'm going in my 3rd drink!!! Well, I woke up very early by my cat Icon trying to eat my toes... he was hungry... Cheers, ZZ! Let's celebrate this sweet Adam's «glamfantasticrowd» together! Deal?

Ok, here r the num from the St Pete Times. Drum roll plz:
they talk about the play and start at middle sentence"before an Adam Lambert concert-night croud of 31.896(larger than for ANY of the Yankees game).
And let me tell you, I am. Huge Rays fans and there were A Lot of ppl. It was Amazing!!! Adam sounded amazing!!!! He belongs in huge arenas. I know we got spoiled this summer. But I am thinking that he LOVES the big croud. He let his voice be. It was EPIC!!!!!
Adam twetted last night, right after the concert how much fun they had and what an amaaaaazing croud it was. And boy, it was.
I am sooo lucky to have been there and meet him before the show.

I am off to hollywood for the next and my last show for now. I will comment if there is more from our local paper

I know that a lot of people liked to see Adam in smaller (2,000 to 2,500 capacity) venues over the summer. But for having been at his St. Jean (Montreal) show with 50,000 people and now seeing and hearing him in Tampa (thx to these excellent videos), he IS indeed made for these large arenas. He gets energized by the huge crowds (not that he doesn't in smaller venues), but there's something extra crazy when you attend a rock show with thousands and thousands of people and a singer like ADAM LAMBERT that gives his all. Just an incredible feeling!

coloforadam said...

Maybe how Adam "really feels" will come out in that new album. If he gets energized by crowds, last night must have been an unbelievable high after a week of snarky haters getting the limelight. Can't believe how lucky I feel to be a tiny part of this. Rock on, Superman!!

Thanks so much for recaps FF & Israeli fan.

That voice, that showmanship, that performance quality - incredible, enthralling, amazeballs! ILHSFM.

So intriguing to see BB reigning in his sensuality a bit, reminds me of AI8 days... And quite frankly I find it smokin' F'n hot.

I was there last night in St Pete. All the postings are correct---crowd about 32,000. It was the 1st time I was at the tropicano Field. The game went into OT; and the concert was quite late. First was Allison to get the crowd going. She is a true rocker and put a lot of feeling into her songs. Adam wasn't on until 11:30pm. I knew he looked a little tired---long day but gave the Tampa Bay area and awesome performance. He was fantastic, the great pipes for a stadium, and the Adam movements were out of this world. So glad I was there. I enjoy seeing all the videos, but seeing him in person was epic. Thanks Adam for coming to St Pete. I will never forget your show. Adam is definitely a gifted entertainer.

Anonymous said...

Saint Jean and Tropicana Field..Crowds were already at an event and of course more came to see Adam...I think management wants to thread lightly with all the cancellations other Pop stars are having....but it would be great to see him in larger venues next time around.....

Anonymous said...

Wow now this is the one I would have loved to be at. He loves the big crowds too I think. He let loose those vocals we love. Those folks really got their moneys worth. I think maybe a little bigger venues are nice too! He could do less concerts and that would alow him more freedom and less stress on his voice than doing 70 smaller ones. The new drummer fits in like a glove. He looks happy to be apart of such a life changing experiance. Every song was steller. I still am in awe of his vocals and the band was on fire too.

Anonymous said...

Those are tears of emotion, really feeling the song's lyrics!!!
Wow, Adam I really, really like the emotional side of you too! Come here baby, I'll cuddle with you. :))

Well, we are almost at the end of summer in a few days and also Adam's Glam Nation Tour in the states. For those of us unable to see one of his live concerts, kudos to suz526 and all the others who posted videos from all the venues. They were the next best thing to being there. Hopefully, there will be postings from the international 18 city tour; otherwise, it's going to be a dull and boring fall without an Adam "fix" each day. I know we will still get the latest news, pictures and interviews, but the vids were part of my daily internet routine. From the band, to the dancers, to his different hairstyles and makeup to the Tommy Kiss, I am glad I was able to watch the emergence of this talented, charismatic, edgy, articulate performer. GOOD LUCK to Adam on the international phase of his GNT.

To the international fans....you are in for a GREAT show...take care of BB and watch his back
Please send us whatever you can...missing him already

32,000 people! Here in the USA! Imagine all the waves of LOVE that were radiating like a luminous force field from that many people to our BB! It has to have an impact on his heart and soul. Let it wash over you, Adam, because you deserve it. Let it soak you to the bone. Then, give it back to us in that smile, that voice, and your music.

It is said that tears are words the heart cannot express. We hear you. We feel you. Our souls will be ok.

Hi Florida fan, I was in Saint-Jean. Waited 3 hours to be close to stage... and left a little before the end of the show because, as you said:'I would not like to get stampeeded(?) by that many people if something went wrong.' The crowd was totally histerical and at some point, I really got scared and I left. Couldn't hear his beautiful voice anyway, the crowd never stopped screaming (watch videos of that night on You Tube). Adam really is amazing. So beautiful and charismatic on stage. He is breath taking. I just hope he will come back to Québec next year. I would love to see him on stage again, and again...
I want to thank Suz for all the nice videos. I watch them all. You love him with all your heart, just like us, and you choose to share your good work, with others who don't have the chance to follow Adam like you do. You are patient and it must cost you a lot of money !
Thak you so so so... much Super Suz !

Adam crying reminds me of the time he sang "CRYIN" on Idol. I thought it was one of his best performances ever. He is so beautiflly emotional.

I was lucky enough to have seen Adam in Wilkes-Barre, Pa (the kick off show) and again in Albany where he was even more amazing if that is possible. We will never be able to get this close to our boy again. I hope he knows how much we love him and support him.
Thanks to SUZ526 for her amazing videos. Because of her we can relive this summer over and over again. I wish her much success and I hope she is able to make a DVD for all of us in the future.

The Dark Side said...

Adam has said he loves to play the smaller venues, I think he will still play some next year and many years to come, along with bigger venues. Besides, the economy is not recovering as quickly as they hoped. The entire world is suffereing from this bad ecomony, so only time will tell. Adam is smart, and he will do what's best. BTW looks like Issac got his glam on for the show. He is an awesome drummer.

Seeing ADAM cry while singing SOAKED reminded me of another song that ADAM sang (heard it on Ytube) ... QUIET DESPERATION ... the lyrics to that song seem like a story that ADAM is telling about those of us who are 'different' & should accept what the mainstream think/say without question. Go to Ytube & REALLY listen to the words ... GREAT song. Suz526 ... once again I THANK YOU with ALL my heart for bringing ADAM to me via your LOVELY videos. I go to your channel on Ytube whenever I get lonely for ADAM's BEAUTIFUL songs! Love & Light to ALL Glamberts Worldwide

to SUZ526, Thank you very much for the great St.Pete vids to go along with my memories of having been there. You were on my mind many times during the night. ie, "wonder if Suz is in that crowd at the stage?, if so, we will get the great vids of this. Wondering when someone passed me with a great glitter tee shirt on, Could that be SUZ? About the capicity of the Trop,
I don't think any of the postings are incorrect. I have found four or five differents seating statements from Google, Jeeves, etc. just this morning.. I got the 25,000 from a worker at the stadium. Also, they sell "standing room only" tickets. And we can't forget the fan that posted knowing they sold 10,000 wrist bands. The stadium also can be expanded to hold more when the sport event calls for it. (I don't understand that but just saying I read it. I listed the amounts I looked up this morning as:
Stadium holds 43,500, and 45,000. So I think everyone posting had a basis for their postings. Maybe it will be in the local paper or on the news this week.
I loved reading all the postings and I have a few stil pics that I can send in real soon so be watching for them.Off to watch SUZ526vids. This was considered a family show so the camera guys that ran the big screen at the field showed a whole lot of Adam from the waist up. Humping, not so much. Just like they taped Elvis in the beginning. So, I need those hot SUZ vids!!!!!!
I can't close without tell you about the wonderful lady that looked to be around 75-85 years old. I wished I had made her picture. She was adorable, think, well dressed, great Adam tee as part of her outfit, glitter all over her face and into her gray hair, then comes the stones!, she had glittered her full eyebrows and on top of that she had filled them in with STONES! There were stones all around her eyes with lots of glitter. God, she was great. Wish Adam could have, and maybe he did, see her. She was a walking bill board for our man. Lady, if you are out there reading this, HELLOOOO to you, you were dy-na-mite!!!!

What makes Saint Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex so much in demand is its amazing service, excellent facilities, great team of professionals who see to it that all events are co-ordinated properly and lastly the venue itself offers a one-of a kind experience to its visitors.
