Last time he said anything similar to that was on Idol on Rock Night when he said he wanted to go out and kill it. And that is exactly what he did. So, lets take his word for it and look for the videos. Just a thought--Isn't Asia the main place in the world for electronics. Yet the videos we are getting are really bad (not complaining) stating a fact. Thought they were on the cutting edge of videos, etc. They either have the tightest security in the world, or the people videotaping these threads are so thrilled seeing Adam, they forget they have a zoom. Probably what would happen if I was taking the vids, you'd get 100% floor shots.

Re getting vids of Adam at a concert...at the Puyallup I had a prime spot, thought I was doing a great job getting them..no obstructions..etc...so afterward, went to watch them...and....did I get any? Not a one...Adam was way too distracting..so just have my memories..thank goodness for Suz526 and the others who have the presence of mind to do it right!!! And I think security is very tight at some if not all of these, so I hear...

I think Adam slays it every time he goes on stage. He keeps raising the bar on himself. But gosh that picture looks so uncomfortable, I [ hope he doesn't hurt himself. But he is so cute when he jumps up and gives a big smile.

He shouild be doing his sound check now, it's close to 2:30 pm in Japan, and almost 10:30 pm in California.we are still 10/05/10 and he is already 10/06/10. seems odd.He is almost a day ahead of us.

Forgot to mention that tomorrow on the Dr. Phil show they will be talking about bullying. Anderson Cooper will be on as well. I know they will be talking about Tyler Clementi from Rutgers U. but think it will be about bullying in general. I might be wrong! I wish they would concentrate solely on the harassment of gay kids. OT..Every night this week on CNN360, Anderson Cooper is having a segment on bullying and a special segment this Friday. Larry King devoted his show Monday night to this subject. Wanda Sykes, Kathy Griffin,Tim Gunn from Project Runway and Lance Bass were on and relayed their experiences. Ellen was on a video on 360 tonight and there is support and help resources on her website. People magazine and the cartoon network is also joining the cause to stop this cruelty. There is a suicide hotline,1- 866-44Trevor for gays and those that aren't sure. As Alison Porter said,"Aftermath is an anthem sent to these angels." It is a song that is so powerful for the chidren and adults that are ostracized and are suffering from this horrible abuse. It would be so comforting for Adam to be a part of the celebrity video that is out there, Wonder if he knows what happened, being so busy and far away. This is the time to stand up, even if it's to speak up in the presence of a gay slur or joke. Can't get over this senseless loss of these children. funbunn40

@ZZ, I can't remember the name of the thread regarding Neal that you asked about. It occurred o Sept. 30, I think. Neal is a gay man and partner of Stanley that also posts on this site. He had some good points, but created an uproar with his list of what offends him on this site. He objects to the over 50 women fantasizing about Adam and encouraged them to go to a porno site to gush over Adam. He also reminded us that Adam is not interested in women[as if we didn't know!] haha and Adam doesn't need our opinions or mothering. I think there were about 5 objections which were soundly answered with maybe 2 or 3 in agreement with him. It started a lively dialogue that sometimes can clear the air or promote understanding, but it primarily pi**ed people off. Maybe someone can remember the title of the thread. Wish I could have been more helpful, as you always find such great info for us! funbunn40

Since I am on my way to work this a.m., I don't have time to wait for a more appropriate or newer thread, but wanted to post this link to a Seattle Times article than is on the front page of the Times today...It talks about Gay Teen suicide, efforts in local schools to deal with bullying, specifically of GLBT teens and children, the local man who started the "It Gets Better" video campaign, and also talks about the new "Make It Better" video effort as well...There are also links to more info about both projects...Just FYI...I was encouraged to see this article today...but also saddened that there is a need to address it at all...Maybe some of you will find this info useful in learning more about these projects..

and also, Supreme Court starting to hear the case today involving Father of Dead Soldier and Westboro Baptist Church members protesting outside son's funeral. Check it out on news if you're interested. This case involves tricky First Amendment issues and legalities - so the legal conclusion will be what it will be... has to have existing law interpreted and applied, binding... etc.

but aside from Legal issues - there are humanity issues (which shouldn't be quite so tricky but that's just my POV), and WBC believes, in part, that homosexuality is so wrong that it brings about negative consequences, scenarios, circumstances, etc. I'm no expert, google it if you're interested, just throwing that out there if anyone is interested.

Few questions--who is Robbie Williams? Sorry, must be out of touch these days. Re: shoes--maybe stage floor not good, slivers. Not surprised tickets sold so fast. One of these days, they might book bigger venues. Neal spoke his mind, and the troops pounced, proving his point. Will watch to see what degree Adam slayed it. If all the celebrities who are speaking out on bullying change a few hundred people, that in itself is good. Hatred is a learned phenomenon and crosses all ages and genders, which is a true pity.

Oh, and BTW, Adam did speak out on bullying when he called the Daily 10 guy on the carpet. He used that phrase, bulling in his tweet.

Tom Pritchard of the Minnesota Family Council said that the gay teens that committed suicide did so not because of bullying but because they had "adopted an unhealthy lifestyle". Ignorance of this kind is very dangerous. Adamluv

On the brighter side, I had MSNBC on in my kitchen (I know I know, what can I say, I'm a bit of an East Coast liberal for sure, but I watch CNN too ;) so I have a little balance and somewhat "moderate" vibe in there too, lol), anyway, had MSNBC on TV while prepping dinner and Dan Savage just spoke very eloquently, IMO, about It Gets Better Project! And they also mentioned the town hall type meeting tonight at Rutgers to honor Tyler Clementi.

Glitzylady - thanks for posting that link! Dan Savage is a local legend here in Seattle. He is a gay man who tells it like it is. He writes a sex column in one of our "edgy" weekly papers. He is always fighting for gay rights. Loves him.
