Monte obviously more use to getting a tattoo and picture taking than Neil. If this is Neil's first tattoo, then can understand his trepidation. It hurts!!! Actually can't wait for Adam to get his entire arm done. Guess that will happen this Winter when back in the States. Looking forward to seeing the end results. Please show us. Thanks

Lots of guys hate needles. My own son use to hit the floor when Dr. brought out the needle. Remember him asking for a sugar cube when in his teens. Thank heavens he doesn't read these posts. Anyone in education will tell you boys turn green real quick at the sight of blood. Neil just being typical male, and not watching the needle. Besides that is a particular painful part of the arm. Before all you guys on this site tar and feather me, you know I speak the truth here. Needles and macho aren't necessarily connected. Just sayin.

I think the most painful place to have a tatoo is where Adam got his Eye of Horus.

Back in the day, use to be guys just had to have big guns. Now those guns have to be decorated. Personally love the body art, think even those high brows are now getting low brow and putting a tat here and there. Do think females have gone a little over the top/bottom with their bejeweled doo dads. Just sayin, that age old attraction doesn't need to be decorated.

Judy - Monte has the most beautiful bright BLUE eyes and he's one happy guy.

I really hope that someone close to Adam talks him out of getting a sleeve tattoo. He's so perfect just the way he is and uses clothing to express himself in such fantastic ways. I think a sleeve tattoo would hamper him in many ways and it is sooooooooooooo permanent.

Kind of OT, but have any of you seen women in their 70's who got those great tattoos 30 years ago. Skin tends to wrinkle and stretch as we age and so do the tattoos. Those tats don't look so fab anymore when swinging with a flabby arm or a sagging boob. Just saying...Don't want to be under the pile.

Well Neil, Monte and in particular Adam have been warned about your sagging boobs and arms when you get in your 70's. Ha, Ha, it's not just women who's tats change shape and size as they age. Of Course, men can run to fat and not much said, or for that matter noticed. Think we are a society of women who judge other women. Why else would we try so hard? I notice where the peace sign tattoo is making a comeback. Wow, never thought I would see that day. I remember when about 80% of tats were jailhouse tats. Jailhouse to mainstream in one generation. Now that culture shock!!!

Adam's Eye of Horus isn't nearly as painful a spot as where Neil got his today. Ask ANY tattoo artist, they'll tell you the inner arm in the most tender spot to get one. Props to Neil for finishing it, many people can't.

I saw it on twitter and Neil referred to wikipedia explanation of outer space nature. It looks like a spider on stilts.It's on twitpic. Find twitter@Negative Neil. Poor Neil. Monte does look handsome and better with hair gone. He wasn't blessed with Adam's silky hair. I thought Monte's eyes were a deep chocolate brown when I saw him up close. funbunn40

Monte is really handsome but I didn't realize it until I saw him in person up close. This pic seems to capture it.

I did have a look on twitter, mmm, seems a very strange choice for a tattoo.
