For any glambert that does miss adam on sunday 11-21, E channel will be repeating it on 11-22 5:00 p.m., 11-24 at 10 P.M. and 11/25 at 9 A.M. This is all eastern time U.S. Hope this helps anyone that will miss it on sunday.

I think the AMA's are on same time, screw them. Only watching our boy this year. Whoo, Whoo, can't wait, looks like they have home movies of him when he was a kid. Hope this is new stuff and not old rehashed things we have heard and seen before. Still would watch though, better reruns of Adam then all the stupid award shows put together, they are so phony and just play up to the ratings. Nuff said.

Now before you all jump down my throat and attack... I KNOW that's part of the fact that Adam is just red- hot sexually charged perfomer, I get it and I LOVE IT. I LOOOOVE Adam's sexy, raunchy, hot moments! Love them... I'm thrilled that those of us who LOVE those moments are adults who can *GO FIND them.*

E! TOTALLY sensationalized the promo.... they
did NOT need to put that little tongue -flick in the PROMO... --->in the show, FINE, but damnit not in the promo where the casual, or the WRONG people just waitng to trash are gonna say... SSSSEEEEE and have fingers to point and talkin S#!t to spread AGAIN. >;/

Entice viewers with his looks and talent, lure them in, ya know see what a a great, humble, charismatic, incredible entertainer he is... and that's PART of the entertainment, don't just go for teh sensational.

Let them see the show before they see just the promo & write it off as lewd and don't watch...

@Cindy - hee hee Cindy it's okay i know what you exactly mean but just like any other tv program, maybe for the lack of creativity on the part of their marketing team, they resort to sensationalism instead. That is the problem when such is left to those people instead of hiring the services of respectable advertising people. And it all boils down to budget constraint. Sad to say that's the name of the game. But if they have a particular target market which is obviously not us, it could also work and capture additional viewership, keeping my fingers and my legs crossed :)

Sometimes controversy pulls people in so we can't get upset about the promo. Besides, you would have to be living under a rock if you didn't know about the AMA thing. While Adam's fans adore his talent: voice, charisma, intellect, etc., a large part of Adam is his sexuality. Being gay, I'm sure Adam has had to suppress his true self for a long time. Adam is out and proud and wants to be himself. He doesn't see anything wrong with it so we should not either. I don't think anything could over-shadow Adam's voice. He's a true talent.

Well said, nancdruuu2. You make a good point. Although I do agree with Cindy re: sensationalizing the promo, I have to agree with you that Adam is out and proud and probably wouldn't mind the promo. Let's just hope that the AMA's (on the same night) are blown out of the water with Adam's special -- that would be sweet justice!

Nancdruuu3, *I agree Adam is a TRUE talent, the BEST there is... unfortunately some people may never get to see that if they only see & hear that sensational crap that is ** easily PROMOTED & FED to them. Most are NOT going to take the time themselves to find out, just absorb & accept what ever comes on tv or the radio, even if it's false or sensationalized.
Adam himself may LOVE the promo... HIS thoughts are not I was writing about.

Just a litle story to share that I personally witnessed...
Adam had just recently done an AMAZING job at a huge event here in MA... 'Kiss Concert'. He was a GIGANTIC smash and blew the roof off the place... (you can see GREAT videos on yutube 'Boston kiss concert 2010') He was in excellent voice, looked about the most beautiful I've ever seen him. Perfect 'up' hair, great outfit, black tapered jacket, black leather lace-up pants caused quite a stir, and he was an audience favorite. Our most popular DJ gave Adam the MOST incredible, thrilling, rave introduction (I cried!) To top off this perfection, WWFM had been #ONE here for almost a month straight... GNT was about to start the week later so there was a lot of talk about that. Perfect right?

I went to the 2nd GNT show, WOW! I have never been so amazed and blown away just by a VOICE...then add the looks, stage presence, charisma, showmanship. Adam is astounding and has NO equal today. (and I'm an entertainmnet freak-- seen a lot of live concerts including MJ, and JUST young enough to have caught the great Freddie- yup, Mercury that is.)

While listening to the radio --"Weekly Top 30 Countdown" not long after the tour started, of course wanting to hear what they say about Adam and any tour updates-- I hear this WONDERFUL statement:
"That Adam Lambert, sigh... well, did ya see those pants he had on here?... and oh by the way he's a h#mper.... oh yeah.... well he'll be able to h#mp everything in site easily in this get-up. One of the outfits he's wearing in his show, (sigh) get this.. is a ONE PIECE - latex, or spandex-stretch type fabric "ONE-SIE"...
with all kinds of awful sounds of EEEWWW and laughing in the background... "Omg ya know this is just...ugh, Is this guy serious?? ewww..."

WHHHAAAAT???!!! WTF?? We've all seen countless pics and tour videos...
Now what the F outfit is THAT???? Where the F did this assenine info come from??

You know what he was talking about?? The beautiful black vest & pants combo with the blue leather panels...
I heard Adam say in an interview **INSIDE there are (spandex?) CONNECTOR tabs that hold the 2 pieces together so it stays smooth and neat and doesn't separate during the show...

QUITE a friggin bit different that the sludge bulshit the radio was dishing out--BUT **People are hearing this crap---"the radio station is saying it---it MUST be true?"

I was SO Pissed and I hope you are too reading this.
Especially after it had all been so glowing only 2 weeks before. I slammed my car door shut so hard I thought I jammed it. I Stomped into the grocery store and while shoping actaully HEAR 2 women talking about this "rediculous - disgusting outfit they just heard on the radio!! That guy just.. ukhhh!"

Me gently cutting in ---> "OMG you mean Adam Lambert??, laughing... "oh did you just hear that??? =) "Omg... nooooo, oh that "DJ" is such a goof, NNNOOOO that's not what it is, he's got the spandex info wrong. I juust SAW Adam's show... he was amazing, WHAT a talent---incredible voice"... etc and EXPLAIN the difference about the outfit.

Oh Cindy. That whole story just makes my blood boil, too, just reading it!!! But here's the thing about Adam - he is just NOT for everybody! He's easy for simple-minded people to ridicule, because he is SO over the top. Lady Gaga probably gets a lot of that for her get-ups, but she's not a (threatening) gay male, so Adam's an easier target. He is very theatrical and some people just don't get that. They think it's "silly" and "soooo gay!". Well, to each their own. Their loss. They probably recognized his talent on Idol, but once the show was over, he scared them off. That's why he's so refreshing to me! He is NOT for the masses! He's so above that...so unique...so interesting...AND he's got the goods to back up all his showiness - THE VOICE! (oh yeah, and the looks, the body, the personality, the moral compass, the compassion, the heart, the intelligence, etc...somebody stop me!). Little by little, he will gain a fan base...but he may never be as huge as other artists, because - let's face it - some people (sadly) are scared by confident gay men! EEEEEK! Ha.

Anyway - I don't get the E! channel so somebody PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find a way to post the show here!! I will PAY you! :-P Admins - are you listening?? Cindy, I totally get it and I for 1 agree with you 110% Most people ,hate to say it are stupid (better word ignorant)(and believe everything they hear. I fight a battle everyday with my love for adam because no one I know gets him like I do, they just see or hear the bullshit and really have no clue just how talented he is. I'm making everyine I know watch this show, I hope to hell it shows the positive side of adam and NOT focus on his sexuality. I get it and love him to death, but my friends and family only see that because thats what the media is always focusing on. Just venting sorry. More so their taste in music. It's also a given that the US market is predominantly country which isn't Adam's genre. These are just a few of the many other reasons why he hasn't not been discovered before AIS8. The lack of friendly US radio stations & media establishments make it even harder for Adam to introduce his brand of music because they refuse to take him seriously being so prejudiced themselves. So as dedicated fans, we should continue finding ways to help people discover his talent. It will entail a lot of patience from us but nothing is impossible specially if it will be a concerted effort from the Glambert community. Things will fall into their proper places in time.

Isn't E! the same network that discontinued the Daily Show when that JERK substitute host made some homophobic remarks about ADAM ... jail ... after the paparazzi fiasco in FL? Well ... it isn't surprising that their promo would dwell on the UNflattering rather than the FANtastic things about ADAM. That's just the type of channel it is. Wonder what their promo for Taylor Swift will be like!! Not that I'll be watching her ... just curious!
