I think I believe in Santa Claus again!!

WHAT HAPPENED? It seems like overnight, in the eyes of the world Adam has become a SUPER star.As a fan of Adams, naturally I thought of him as a super star, but just this week, thats all I hear about him. It's like he struggled up the mountain and made it to the top, and he stands there tall and proud, waving the USA flag, with millions of people cheering him. Please don't tell me this is all a dream.

I´m so happy for him. I got tears in my eyes now. So stupid! And I really, really love that cover.

I believe there is still a slight struggle to go, but his million dollar voice cannot be denied. As he says in Berlin concert, he loves all his ladies. He has been our superstar from the moment he stepped on that Idol stage. Now he is a world star. It's a happy day!!!

@4:40 Too drug related? Adam is doing a peace sign not "pot" or whatever your mind is conjuring. Nothing remotely related. Why such a negative comment with no basis of fact? Too American? Like it or not, Adam is American and so are all of the glamily. He enjoys all of his worlwide fans and the many wonderful countries, but I don't think he will be giving up his US citizenship any time soon. I am so proud of Adam. He has worked hard to get this recognition, he deserves this and more. He is a superstar in my eyes and all glamberts all over the world from the day we saw him on American Idol. It is about time America realizes his superstar status. ROCK ON SUPERSTAR!!!!!!indigo.

Great "Stripped down" picture for these acoustic versions. I'll go check it out.

I wished for the accoustic Whole lotta love to be on here or Sleepwalker or maybe a couple of cover tunes just for something different. I guess I've just watched all the tour videos so much that I am actually tired of these same songs, (tho never tired of seeing Adam perform!) I like Mad World but I think it has been overdone to the point when I don't want to hear it for awhile.
He looks really cute on the cover!

Wow - so many things bouncing around in my brain when I look at this!

* Adam looks F*N HOT!! OMG. HOT, I tell you! What an awesome picture. Love it! I get all wiggly just looking at it.

* However, I do have to agree with Anon. 6:00. This cover, love it as much as I do, is very rock & roll, but the accoustic renditions of these songs aren't - to me. They're toned down, caressed, stroked...softer versions of the album cuts. This cover is rowdy, loud and in your face (LOVE it, again, btw).

* How nice of RCA to notice Adam's had some success (I say, snidely). It's mostly thanks to his own blood/sweat/tears...but I guess they fronted him the money, so now they feel they can take some ownership. Sheesh.

* Why can't you buy this in stores??????

Adam is always a play on words. Expect the unexpected. The cover is perfect. Those who don't get it won't get it. And Drug related? Gimme a break. Somebody's got the munchies, ima thinking.

I am adding my endorsement of this fabulous cover...I think it's pure Adam and that's what matters...not sure what the "drug" reference was above..the "peace sign" maybe?? I think the cover says a lot, but not "drugs" although I suppose Adam could be thought of AS a "Drug"...It says "Adam is stripped, gorgeous, acoustic, promoting peace, and live, which is how we like him best, with just a little bit of the bad boy look and attitude that we love...", all excellent things in my little world, and looking forward to adding this EP to my Adam songbook...

I think the artwork for Acoustic Live is brilliant! He's our American Boy and we LOVE him! Love the Stripped look with the attitude...can't wait to buy it! Hope there will be enough physical CDs to go around 'cause I really want one!

Adam should have included his acoustic version of Whole Lotta Love. His version during the Foxwoods concert was epic! Incredible vocals and so sexy!

I also hope there will be enough hard cds to go around. The entire world doesn't download. A lot still prefer a cd in our hot little hands! I still love Mad World,the slower finale version, not the speeded up one. It sounded like Adam was in a hurry to sing it fast and out of the way. The slower one was haunting and showcased his vocal ability so well. Can't wait to get it and hope to in cd form. Love the cover and less glam look for this one. Think it will appeal to more people and stores may be more willing to stock if it will be available in stores. Maybe we should start asking Walmart, Target, BestBuy,Sam's, Costco, etc. if they are going to stock it ahead of the release date and let them know that Adam has a lot of interested buyers. funbunn40

Can someone tell me what makes the songs on this acoustic different from those songs on his FYE album, please? I'm trying hard to figure this one out. Thanks!

Oh man, I want to respond to so many of you and pick up on your comments!! But alas, real life doesn't allow it...but I so enjoy everyone's comments. I commented on the cover art, THREE OR FOUR times, on the other thread, so I'll not be redundant (hard for me ;)) but I do want to give a shout out to the posters who commented upthread about the unexpected nature of the artwork - yes, that hadn't occurred to me, but like the unexpected nature of it.

As far as all of us addicted to Adam may be you right and this CD it is some kind of drug for us!!!!!!!!! Good drug ( do they have that kind of drugs?) Well, it's about time, RCA! We would have loved some PR all along the way this whole year. Adam's been working his butt off, but he can't do it all by himself. Keep it up, RCA. You have a superstar in the making. The more you get him out there for ALL to see and hear, the better it's going to be. As for you UK fans. We in the US love you and your support for our boy. Keep on spreading the word wherever and whenever you can. It will pay off in the end.

Not sure I agree with it being "unexpected". Adam, by nature, is a planner....and he's stated before that he is 10 steps ahead, leading me to believe that this cover art has been in the works for a long time.

The man is smart, and by his own account makes no career move without a reason or prior planning.

@Anon Nov. 17 at 9:57AM - i couldn't agree with you more and you said it perfectly re RCA :) The Glambrits can probably organize themselves using the social networking system to Adam's advantage if they haven't done it yet. And if they have the luxury of time, they can probably make some noise or something like a teaser for his GNT and later on come up with a small project in support of a charitable institution there, i don't know i'm always like this just thinking aloud throwing ideas into the air.

or how to download from Itunes without a US address, my husband reckons you have to have a UK address at least, I'm a complete technophobe and have no idea how this all works, normally just go into HMV and buy the cd's I want.

Does anybody know if they will put this album on Billboard chart? I don't think this is really important but still want to know.
Also, when we can pre-order this EP? Because there is not any info on Adam official side. I really want to have this CD like almost all of us.

I'm guessing this EP is a fan collaboration or made only for some of his fans. Even the cover looks like fan art. Don't think this will be on Billboard chart, but who cares.
